Arizona was literally the only one I was actually excited about when they announced their team/skate stuff. & I really appreciated that the whole team was seemingly a bunch of randoms.
Well literally every video starts with a “hook” from later in the video, even the owner talks about it in an interview. But I don’t have a problem with it I think all their videos are good.
It did not screw his name. It screwed his brand which he sold off to some Christian Greek fashion dude. What is cool is he’s completely fine with it. He’s loaded. I actually have some of his first shirts ever made. It’s called “deth”. Came out a couple years before ed hardy, problem is there’s like NO INFO online about it.
All I can is this channel has low-key become one of my favourite skateboarding-related channels in recent times. The quality of the edits, the presenting, the information, humour and no fucks given who gets mad make this so much better than we have a right to expect from an indie skateshop's RU-vid channel. Keep up the good work and if I ever do find my way to Alberta I'm definitely coming by the shop.
Arizona Ice tea decks were rad. Before 4loco it was common practice around the skate park to top off your Arizona with some of that potato juice. Russia's red, Arizona's the red state, it was the cheapest way to roll.
No fear are owned by sportrs direct here in the uk, its a shop that has bought up loads of old brands and has brought them back, they also now own airwalk, and sell lots of slightly chavvy clothes and then the odd thing that's actually good, and not made by one of their own brands, which is a shame as I used to live in airwalks in the 90's.
What about you Canad ” Eh “ ian . Why do you guys use elk horns for trucks and BTW PETA will know my friend, SO BUSTED ! And how every board comes with mable syrup no Flap Jacks.
The girls skating in that H&M/No Fear collab commercial come out in a show on HBO Max called Bettys. Its funny because they get sponsored by a bunk brand in the show.
Yup these corporate terd boards should just be called Lame Saucers! Ed Tardy LMAo! Ikea did you have to put the fiber board garbage together? Yup 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Omg so hurtin'
I absolutely have an Arizona Cherry Blossom board, grip, and wheels. 💯% understand it may not be great but I am a partaker of the Arizona Green Tea and I am hyped on my birthday gifts from the family. I will set it up this spring and it will be awesome because I am excited to skate it.
@@AdventuresInSkateboarding that’s awesome . I just recently took my old skateboard and chopped it and re shaped it into a cruiser board and haven’t got it off it since
"Off brand bearings." Bruh, you just showed one of the more expensive bearings that hold the world record for fastest skate bearings. Lol that's taking shots at the wrong people. They got 1000$ setups that actually make sense as to why they cost that much. Lol
I was hoping to find, specifically, why the BMW design didn't work. As a non rider, I thought it was probably overpriced, but couldn't say. I did see one person riding one, but wasn't in a position to ask questions.
If a company made a skateboard with your face...it would win the first 3 places in a ugliest skateboard graphics competition and you would get a honorable mention too. Forehead kisses brah. Much love from Puerto Rico.
Brandon Bonner Arizona ice tea baby baby! Haha that dude rules! Shout out to Arizona for having a dope team and actually doing well. How did wal mart not make the list? The Tony hawk wal mart brand.
Even after this guy moves on, he needs to always come back and do these. NOBODY else could be the host of this show. IDGAF if hes a lawyer or some shit later. SHREDZ SHOP needs to never go away.
In 20 years I've never had an enjoi board, I kind of stopped paying attention to them when MJ and then Jerry left. But I just got my first FA board, a nik stain hockey actually, and I'm really enjoying it.
Dude just insulted Hawai'i, SPAM is life on the islands. Canadians drink milk from a bag. What about Santa Cruz ripping off that bike company Santa Cruz? In all honesty skateboarding has been a cash grab since like 93-94? Like 12 manufacturers make all the decks anyway I'm sure that someone "soldout" to fill a huge order for Ed, LV and Polo.
🤭 We're just teasing! No beef with Hawaii (please let us still come for winter escapes 🙏) 😝 But we do appreciate all the love for SPAM in the comments!
Haven't seen people wearing Ed Hardy in a minute where I live buy was always kind of grateful for twats, morons and douche bags taking the trouble to visually identify themselves, making it easy to steer well clear of them. Still holding out for a BALR longboard, lol.
I work for a wine distributor and I got a plan B board that has Luc Belaire champagne graphics on it 😃. Also if Ed Hardy was a person he would look like Justin Trudeau probably minus the blackface
The industry has me on the fence. When Nike first signed Paul Rodriguez back in the early 2000s I felt he was selling out to big corporate by helping take market share out of skater focused brands like Es,Circa, and many other brands that were made by skaters. Now we see guys like Heimana Reynolds sponsored by Ralph Lauren and for me it's a WTF moment of well at least Nike and Adidas make athletic gear but Ralph Lauren, come on, I'm going to cruise around my board in a button up shirt with slacks all suave promoting a brand that doesn't give a crap about the industry. We live in some crazy times and maybe I'm just getting older, but I appreciate the team at Shredz shop for always putting the message out for supporting small businesses. Shout out from Brazil!!!
P Rod signing with Nike was fate. For some reason mexicans have a hard on for Jordans, and he was no different. It was a no brainer. That statement got immediately confirmed when he had the Jumpman on his 1st model and a recreation of the 1st Supreme dunks for his 2nd model, which were directly inspired by the Jordan 3. And then Eric Koston would follow suit, as his models with the core skate brands had Jordan DNA. It's worth noting both started on eS. Also thanks to that, Nike started to pay attention to the latino skateboarding scene by not only signing more latino talent (Leticia Bufoni, hello) and building skateparks in both Mexico and Brazil. And finally, Circa wasn't exactly a skater owned brand. It was a business venture from Forum Snowboards having Chad Muska (also a former eS team rider) as ambassador. As a self proclaimed sub from this channel you should know better, they have already done mini docs for eS and in one of them mentioned this brief story about Circa.
@@dylives7667,thanks for taking the time to comment. I had heard Nike invested in skateparks in Mexico. However do you know which parks here in Brazil?
Nothing but love for shredz shop. Always awesome content and levi rocks. I had to laugh about that steve buscemi clip. The best part about that clip is how legit his skateboard is. I mean look at it. Spitfire wheels. And he has two boards but doesn't mall grab even once. I mean he holds the board by the wheel. He could have held it by the trucks but no. The wheel.
Find Jesus repent keep faith I know it’s hard keep going is real don’t go it’s not a party Jesus loves you✝️🙏🏻🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻✝️🤍hell is not a party love Jesus he loves you ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️
FYI: Those aren't companies...they're product endorsements and cheap advertising campaigns. The major brands doing this garbage have zero business in Sk8brding...🍻
The BMW contraption's wheels look pretty much exactly like the wheels the late 90's Lego Technic "Prototype" car (slightly disappointing successor model of the iconic original 90's black supersports car) came with - even the size should be about right. It's actually hilarious!
I mean ed hardy was a world renowned tattoo artist who is basically pioneered for doing custom tattoos. He has a video called 1,000 dragons and it’s actually pretty impressive if your into art.
Fun fact: a little known and now defunct skate/clothing brand 'Acapulco Gold' did a joke series making fun of this Ralph Lauren series. Acapulco Gold was pretty dope - I think it was a couple Supreme guys
SPAM is delicious. Fry SPAM like you would bacon, thinly sliced and try to tell me it isn't delicious. You're lying to yourself. If you eat it raw, you're fucking up. That's your bad, that's on you.
Them horrible made in China boards from the 80's with plastic wheels that didn't roll, with Bruce Lee,ninja graphics on and a big piece of plastic on the tail, sold in markets in the UK.
8:16 that thing is supposed to be skate-art, i.e; repurposed skate wood, stuck together and carved down into a new shape. Pretty sure they've just faked the real thing with some dye, which is quite funny. They make so much trash that I can't even Google it to check.
The Louie Vitton Board was extremely offensive. There should be a law against what they did. Their regular products are of course expensive but high quality. To be snotty enough to charge designer prices for crap quality is a diss to the skateboarding culture and skaters. Disgusting and gross. I want to go destructively skate their corporate offices, and tag it to death.
No Fear still does skateboards with Sportsdirect now, they're absolute crap, my mate bought one on a whim once, the wheels are hard plastic, the trucks don't turn and the wood is untreated plywood. One of the trucks actually snapped from my mate doing some kick turns on it
Spams gnar gnar. I actually use it for poison control, so if my kid accidentally ingests anything that will kill ‘em, I whip out a can of spam open it and just put it under their nose. WHAM, better than a finger in the troat.
