Unfortunately it's the few that ruin it for the many! :( Rhyl can be the butt of everyone's jokes but in my opinion, it's getting better, loads of renovations around the town, new retail parks etc. I remember Presthaven well, I played a gig in front of a couple of thousand people there a few years ago. And you've pronounced Dyserth! Well, that's how I say it also, but I think the locals may call it Duh - sehrth. Another cracking vid as always! Hope to see you back around here soon! G.

Yeh I don't know why people do it... If they can bring all that crap with them, surely it's not hard to bring a black bin bag as well. Definitely using oil in the future lol
great video. me and the hubby took the kids to presthaven in 2017 i think it was.... we have since found hafan y mor in pwllheli and found there was more to do for the kids. going to hafan y mor again this summer and the kids are so excited. they are always adding to it and improving it and we have been going most summers and always new activities for the kids. if you are looking for a family holiday then it would be perfect for your little family brendan. there are 2 beaches and the best one is down by the apartments. we took my best friend and her daughter last year and she posted pictures on instagram and people thought she was abroad :)
Hsppens everywhere .i was driving through Delamere forest on sundsy and somrone hadeft a load of trash wright by the lake.they spoil it for everyone .they dont care about thr countryside or wildlife just themselves.grest video thsnks Brendan 🇬🇧

Agree, I hate the mess you have in some of these car parks. I had a thought a while ago but don't know how it could work but... If us as vanlife, car camper, wild campers could work out a deal with the Council to help reduce the waste in the carparks they would agree to remove the No Over Night Camping sings. Or if we agree to clear the Fly Tipping for a council the area would be there for us and Others to use freely.
@@BrendanExplores What is getting out of hand is the amount of van dwellers wishing to park overnight on someone else's property against their wishes. How can you possibly show respect when you keep ignoring "no overnight sign's ? The landowners/local community do not want you to be there, it's simple really.

Stop at the Park Dean in Towyn last year in my campervan. Went into Rhyl for few beers and met Bruce Jones from corrie, in one of the pubs, had a bit of a chat, very nice guy.
I always take the kids the Presthaven my Auntie & Uncle own a lodge there 😊 It makes a great base to travel the north coast aswell. When where you there? I'd taken the kids over the easter hols and we'd been to the great orme too.... Gutted that we may have crossed paths and not even known 😄 x Some brilliant footage there as always 😊x
Last time in Rhyl was for work purposes. Great view looking out to sea, turn 180 degrees, different story 😂😂. Made me feel.hungry, so bought a Ridgemonkey using your link so hopefully you,ll get a small kick back.

Excellent little trip, Rhyl has gone downhill a lot now from what it was unfortunately, it's like a welsh Blackpool for me 😂 looking forward to the next one

I went to Rhyll for the goodbye flight of the Avro Vulcan, what a lovely day and a Magnificent feat of Engineering. I got blamed once before I could drive for someone else's McDonald's crap they ate and left just because I had a big bag of McDonald's in a bag. I was fuming as was told by the bus driver to pick up my rubbish despite having my rubbish with me. He didn't want to know, was hostile and rude so had to tell him to do one. The fact of the matter is innocent people always get the blame for idiots. Hopefully they were just young and stupid and it wasn't a overgrown adult that was irresponsible.
I have a great memory of Rhyl, it was looking at it in the rear view mirror when I moved further inland! Only live 20 min away but rarely go to rhyl u less im forced into it! Darbeys chippy for chips.

@@BrendanExplores lmao, we was in Towyn last week, we had 7 days there, starting on coronation weekend. Next time you're in the area you must go to Sand Bank Bakery, good old fashioned shop. It's famous stop for holiday makers.
Ah the famous tank tracks I went up there to watch the northern lights in 2017 and caught 4 cars all dogging.. I work In llandudno and you can see the orme from my house... also be careful flying drones around there this time of year I did it once and got a lovely letter in the post saying not to do it whilst birds are breeding.... apart from that I'm loving the videos
I had in my van one Those Roof fans vents you can open are better for ventalation i also had few holes in the floor for ventalation so u dont have to open the windows also u sleeping on side of road there is a lot of carbon monoxide exhaust fumes and air Pollution and dust you very exposed to it in a van that are floating about id also put in the van a air purifier that goes down to pm 2.5 that acts as a fan as well

I hit your link and it came up with 31 dollars in European currency (sorry I’m not up on the symbols), then I close that link and hit my link for Amazon and search for the same item and it was $119 so unfortunately it’s way over my budget but it sure looked like something that would benefit me with the handles coming off for easy space free packing for travels. That’s a lot of difference in money. I wonder why?

I know why you bleeped out your contempt of the scotes but it was well aimed. It used to be you could park anywhere and (for the most part) people respected where they parked and left no signs of them being there when they went. I used to have a motorhome and when me and my mum of whom I was a carer went away in the motorhome we would stop in some amazing places. Wales used to have thousands of them. One night we stopped on one on the trawsennedd road and witnessed a tosser in a van empty his porta potty out on the grass at the side of the layby so I took his number plate along with a photo and told him he was an utter cockspangle and I was going to report him and what I thought of him, Truth be told, the bloke had the IQ of pondlife and couldnt care less. Totally infuriated me and yes...... that spot now has no overnight parking. Sadly the covid thing and the rise of camper van popularity has seen a corresponding rise in the antisocial flangesponges side where they dont care what they leave or dump. proper burns my **** I'm going to bimble to wales with a fellow youtuber and van owner next week and we will be taking bin bags just in case we see rubbish dumped where we park. @Brendan Explores It's a nightmare mate. The same thing happened by my mom's house in Devon. People kept having bbq's and leaving the waste. In the end they put a metal pole across the entrance and closed the spot off at 6 on a evening. Like you say a few people spoil it for everybody else. Should have sneaked it in Matts car lol 😆
