The worst way to transfer assets to your minor children. 

Is there any risk associated with a Trust? Do I need a power of attorney to do a trust? Should I also have a will?

So...if the sister dies, a 'new trustee' will take over...and who might that be? How is that determined/ assigned..? Is it someone in government or someone next in line to that sister, etc??
