I remember hearing I have no idea how many years ago, writers can spend so much time deciding which word sounds better in a sentence that they lose track of the story and in the process, fun. The person's advice was pick a word and keep going. After all the years of having to write a sermon every week I have learned done is more important than perfect. Of course you want it to be as polished as you can but perfectionism is not helpful. Consequently I say I am a firm believer in the miracle of the deadline.
