excellent vlog lads I feel so sorry for ash ,I'm just the same good days then loads of bad days even on the same trail 🤷 Ash needs to do less steep stuff it doesn't help with confidence ,he needs to do the trails he likes for a while ,this does help then he can progress I've just started doing the d h trail apart from the gnarly bits lol I'm working up to them 👌👍👏💗 peace

@lee-annmurphy Thabks for the message. Ash loves Steep techy and rocky trails if you ask him. We have noticed he has a much bigger smile after a flow trail but he won't admit he enjoys them more.🤣🤙🏽

Yeah agreed. It's a mental game for us all. All those pro bikers on top of the hill wouldn't do the drop off at redbull hardline this week until someone did it first. We all have a bar just try not to let the bar go lower.🤙🏽👍🏽

spiders Ken is easier than the 1st trail we did for sure. Our last wrekin visit shows us nearly completing a full run of Ken we stopped at the drop off but just the one stop if memory serves me well.
