Peter Snow interviews Nick Pope, with the aid of a shadowy actor. As I watch this, it does occur to me that Mr Pope shouldn't really be talking about this, so soon after his departure from the UK's 'X-Files'; MI5 normally stop this by bundling you in to the back of a car, never to be seen again. So, as we are seeing Pope doing his best to tell us that there really is something going on, it does feel rather like this is his real job, doesn't it???

Hi, TY for uploading this episode, there's almost a view on this subject where we're close to being made fully aware of the gravity of the content in this subject, I remember being thought provoked in the 90s, now in 2024 I think it's time to get ready for the great revealing, brilliant and stuff, keep smiling, respect, keep smiling, J

He is tedious with same blarney💩 everytime UFO👽Hunters Inc. pop over to do another visit to US Base & yadda yadda.. We are being visited😱no doubt but just can't get definitive photo👻 apart from lights🌞 in sky. Pope is just laughable🤣spooky Nick & we need to put him back in his box & under the bed 🛌..

What a nice looking young man back in 1996 - he had nice dark brown hair as well. I remember when I had nice dark brown hair and smooth facial features.

Nick is rather stiff and formal there. He's more cuddly now. Like a friendly uncle. Back then he was rather distant.

Personally, I would disagree, I think what you may be seeing & taking as lies, is Pope's rather odd way of talking, he's just, well, kind of odd! 😉

1. A lot of blinking initially 2. feels like he's half reading his story(could be just scripted for the show but real) (btw just noticed why are his earlobes different than they are now) 3. 6:55 he's reading out, he knows this part very well; than I get confused at 7:05 when he switches two words of the script by accident; seems like a mistake that you would make if you'd read the script visually not saying he's lying, but I ought him a less credible than David Grusch, for example; If he would be lying, likely he's playing up a character to get the baseline more to lying or something., dunno what the Mi6 would be doing if the lie is that far deep.

@@ScientiaFilms I appreciate your thoughts on this & him, but I do believe that you're just reading too much into this & him. This is a long time ago & it was his first TV & or public appearance & he's just a shy, slightly uncomforatble person in puiblic. He's not confident or theatrical, and he's not been professionally prepped for TV as some are today with media training. Earlobes! well ears & noses do change & get bigger with age. Pope has an uncomfortable verbal gait with similar mannerisms & he always has, he's just not a classic public relations smoothy, really, that all it is.

@@thebadtemperedbrit Documents from the MoD UFO files show quite clearly that Pope was a low-grade clerk and did not conduct any investigations. The case he talks about at the end at RAF Cosford was a satellite re-entry.
