I remember the 360 E, one of my cousins actually had it. We played LEGO games (notably Batman 2) and the console’s controllers felt so satisfying to use. Fun times in 2013. The Kinect was also a thing I grew up with, I used it to play a lot of just dance songs with it. Nice to revisit it again. Thanks for making a video on it. Keep up the good work.
The 360 E and the Slim were the best models in my opinion. I got an E, and I got 2 other slims (Gloss black and Matte black). The 360 is probably one of my favorite consoles I've ever owned
@Klio gaming I just hate that whoever had my E model previously didn't take the best care of it cosmetically. The glossy part of it is scratched up and I've tried all sorts of stuff to get rid of them but it's impossible to hide it
My 360 e was bought from my sister in late 2016, we have been using the controller since and I have NEVER got an issue with stick drift. We had a rock candy wierd controller which did, but the OG one from the console hasn't had any issues. They're built like tanks.
I love my Xbox 360 E, I got it used at Game Stop when the Xbox One was released and I still play 360 games on it. The great thing about the 360 is that you don't need to download games to the hard drive and you don't have to be connected to the internet like the Xbox One requires. I have a bunch of great 360 titles that I can just pop in and play. Since 360 disc games have dropped in price again, a lot of times it's cheaper to buy a copy of a 360 game than to download it in the Microsoft Store on my Xbox One
I still have my xbox 360 E, mostly for nostalgia, there is nothing better than playing those games from your childhood, like Halo and gears of wars in their original method.
Many people say the Xbox 360 e is based off the Xbox one design. I agree and disagree, the design imo is based off the ui, notably when you purchase, about to re-download, or message someone, you see a two tone theme, one half is white, the other half is grey, playing on the left side being glossy, the other side matt, and the box shape is reminiscent of the windows 8 blocky ui or Xbox 360 ui, probably to fit the aesthetic.
I got the Blue 360 E 500gb last year. It's great. I think it was a Walmart exclusive maybe. Some 360 and Original xbox games will not play on the Series X, So having this is key, I can play the OG Xbox Buffy the Vampire Slayer on the 360 because the 360 was also had backwards compatibility.
I have this console and played it up until a year ago and decided to upgrade to a current generation console a year ago but couldn't because the S/X series were hard to find so I bought a refurb purple gradient XBOX ONE S. I'm totally fine with it.
I've had my Xbox 360 e for about 5 years now and it's the blue special edition one, and I play it when my family comes over and when I wanna play any of my older games and not have to be on the internet to play games, I like playing the older call of duties and older halos and I would play my 360 games on my one so it works pretty goodly to have 360 games that are compatible to play on my one with just an update.
I got the blue E from gamestop for $60. It's ugly as all hell, but it's great. I also got an xbox from Goodwill and recently decided to hook it up, and it had the original blades dashboard. It's very cool, but I decided to sell it online because I didn't wanna update it and figured someone would want it lol
I bought a brand new Xbox 360E recently. Yeah i also found it really sucks that IE doesn't work anymore. I wonder why Microsoft just not delist IE in the app store or put something alternatively there. A console with internet capability come out no any suitable browser is irony.
Internet Explorer used to work when the console was more modern, though it’s been years since it’s been updated. It’s quite a bit more useless than desirable, though.
i got it out again since in the second home i am at i have a tv whit more then 2 hdmi ports and i am happy this used xbox s still works after me only using it for a month when i got it and then never using it for like 9 years or so ? immiditaly bought some exclusive games which one i ended up paying 50 euros for used and i cannot find that one anywhere on the store for some reason despite it having a dlc pack somwhere, no idea but so far having fun whit that game (magna carta 2) i also got lost oddessy which everybody keeps saying is a masterpiece and today i received blue dragon infinit undiscovery , last sonata, phantasy star universe and enchanted gear, got the dlc for lost oddesy and blue dragon as well as the free ones for inf undiscovery, so i can play something, while i wait for the dlc to drop for xenoblade 3 (or at least the one from december). The only bad part is that it is hard to find any proper xbox 360 controllers so most of em are the cheapo ones and it holds out so far, not a fan of the dpad but it is hardly used anyway and it doesnt have that bulge that fcks up xbox 360 controllers at the start of the wire which is why xbox 360 controllers kinda suck tbh, as the one i had, did have that exact problem. But definitly enjoying it still, especially the nostalgia of scrolling trough menus.
I started with the 360 in 2013, great console. Just please don't use the console (version E or S) in the very first setup you showed it. I overheated my Xbox360 S because there wasn't enough room around it so that air could keep it cool.
I kept my original white one after a factory fix. Modded in ‘09. After that it opened door for new fun things such as emulates for other systems. & ya, u just need that ready available Xobox USB dongle for use on PC games. I have Add on HD-DVD & remote Ssd Upgrades later.
got a power supply from Amazon for my Xbox 360 S and when I pulg it in the back of my 360 it's crooked instead of straight it truns on but it is not a authentic power supply I just wanan know is that normally crooked or is it supposed to be straight? and should I just get an Authentic used power supply from ebay
It’s supposed to go straight in, though if the PSU is well-reviewed, works alright, and doesn’t look like it’ll blow up your Xbox, I’d bet it’s probably okay.
I just set up my Xbox 360 E, and apparently I need to connect to Xbox Live to save data for some games. I'm trying to connect to the Internet, but when I accept the prompt for an update, it keeps failing to take it. Does anybody know what could be the problem? I'd appreciate the help.
I am still running a Xbox 360e 4gb it runs non stop since my son uses it for games and playing movies,, and it works great only thing I have had problems with the power supply quit when it was still working.
I was very much on team 360 during the 7th gen console wars, but I never had an E. My S still works even if its lettering on the drive tray is rubbing off. It's still hooked up to my TV, but it's just to play HD DVDs, though that is very infrequent as you might imagine
Hello my Console is RGH cracked when i open RU-vid it say you most open Xbox Live account, I cant open cuz it may crash console, Is there any way to open youtube without Live account?
Lol I literally have 1 right here and I gatta say it's pretty amazing I even have the kinetic and I love it... Although...it is really hard to find Xbox 360 games in store 😅😞 either way there games that I extremely enjoy like borderlands 1 and 2 call of duty and halo even GTA V

I just bought a refurbished Xbox 360e, how do you set it up with a digital optical cable? A message on the initial setup screen says I need the cable for audio.
@@MattsTech correct, they have delisted a lot of stuff that was on there during the heyday. I have a lot of content I got back in the day you can't even buy anymore but you can redownload from the servers. Sucks because there was some games I missed out on and you can't get now via. legal means but you can always get the content through non-conventional means using an RGH modded console.
The 360e was never a good model to buy. The S and first e shared the same motherboard but the S had more connection options and was cheaper obviously than an e on release. But this model was at least modable. The last generation gen e wasn't. So no the e wasn't a good buy. But whatever helps you sleep at night
