This female vocalists drops notes A LOT. On the radio version it is even worse, if she could hold her notes when she shifts notes this song would be a lot better. When I first started hearing this on the radio I thought "how do such lousy vocals get on the radio?" The melody is cool, the male vocalist is great, I don't see this song or her as a singer going a whole lot farther than they already have. BTW: radio version she drops notes a lot more than she does here. My guess: the producer decided to make it sound more deliberate - like a style choice. All I hear is lack of vocal control. All of that being said, the song has value to me and has stolen me anyways, lmfao.
