Always the test to do when you start preseason. Great way to figure out if you are in shape or you have to work harder.

Hey Coach i was wondering in this video which yoyo test did you do?, did you do the recovery version level 1 or 2 or did you do the yoyo test endurance version level 1 or 2? because there are tow different yoyo-test.

Javi , look up Australia version of test . They add a middle section to get to . ( my sons club in Australia uses it for there pre, middle @ post . ) I’ve done it and feels slow at first but it gets u as you get into it . I like it better then our American beep but also like the Euro beep test which uses that 1/ 1.2/1.3 ext.. ( think I got to 11.6 ? On grass.
