Hey, Brad. If you haven't checked out "Death Bed: The Bed that Eats", consider it. It's a low budget horror film about a living, sentient bed that eats people.
@@lordfreerealestate8302 He already has. long time. Out of respect to Brad I will not give you a link to the unlicensed re upload that I found on youtube. But I think you should harangue him as I am doing to re upload on his official channel.
"Being a serial killer in the 60's and 70's was easier than basic math!" - Cinema Snob 2019 I’m just going to save this quote for later when peope have forgotten the context and are thus forced to assume that the Snob was speaking from firsthand experience.
Lizzy Chrome LMAO ~~ That just gave me an Idea~💡~! Maybe Snob should do an Episode like South Park’s when’s they tried to determine who Eric Cartman’s real Dad was. 😉😎
No joke, my Dad and I saw this in a theater like 2 years ago with a new restored print. It was at like 8:00pm and there was only like 6 other people there. The second the movie finished I turned to my Dad and said you should review it. Glad you finally did review it.
This reminds me of one of the Saw writers who mentioned having recieved fanmail from someone claiming to be the real Jigsaw and would be "keeping an eye on him" Obviously a dark prank, but guy mentioned it scared the shit out of him. Can't blame him
I don't know if this counts as an exploitation film, but a movie that you may be interested in is a movie called "Pound" from 1970. It was written and directed by Robert Downey Sr. and was Robert Downey Jr.'s first ever role. It's about a bunch of animals in a pound...who are about to be euthanized. All the animals are played by humans...with RDJ's role being a puppy.
Ah yes... the same show that through in Elizabeth Short, Richard Speck, Anne Franks, Madamn LeLaurie, Elizabeth Bathory, Richard Ramirez, HH Holmes and many many others. AHS is many things, tasteful sure ain't one.
I can live with making movies/ shows about serial killers, but I draw the line when it comes at portraying them as a protagonist. Making Ramirez a main character in one of those seasons was one of the few times I felt justifiably offended.
Just saw your eBay posting of your NES collection. 1) Had no idea you own that many games, and 2) it made me kind of sad seeing you having to resort to extreme measures like that to help finish up your movie. Best of luck, Brad.
While the movie is badshit crazy in many ways, it did explore a rather thought-provoking prospect for the time, that serial killers can be good at pretending to lead a normal life, hidden in plain sight. Something very Henry portrait of a serial killer, only it is featured in exploitation shlock.
I was friends with Tom Hanson's son Jim. Tom Hanson owned or co-owned the pizza man pizza chain around the same time this movie was made. His silhouette in profile was part of the logo. Also went to school with the daughter of Doodles Weaver, Janella although we were not friends. I'm surprised I never saw this movie before although Jim did talk about it. Will have to track it down.
I have to be honest. This is one of the best episodes that i've saw. Almost die From laughing. Had to pause it a couple times because it was so many quips in this episode. You outdone Yourself mister cinema snob
4:15 Good Lord is that Doodles Weaver playing he old man? (Yeah did not expect most folks to know who he was. Sang with Spike Jones band and was most famous for the song with the phrase Beetlebomb!)

I remember in Zodiac, one of the letters the killer sends to the Chronicle says he's looking forward to seeing a movie made about him and he wonders what actor will be chosen to play him. Joke's on you, ZK! You're a mailman named Jerry! You hang around with middle-aged losers and jump on cars!
So a pet dies, there is a sad burial scene and then someone goes on a killing rampage. Someone get Keanu Reeves on the phone I've got an idea for one hell of franchise! No it's missing something...I've got it someone steals his car. See now it's a totally original idea.
There was actually an article in Entertainment Weekly a while back about the making of this movie. According to the director, after the film he talked to a man in the bathroom who told him real blood doesn't flow like that. zodiactruecrime.ew.com/
