As a musician I think knowing the genre, some good compositional structures (which songs often reuse) and paying super sharp attention to every last measure's build-ups or changes are key. I'm exceptionally impressed by his correct guess at 4:17 returning to the intro idea and super fast reaction at 5:56

@@cats9994it's basically a song about a loli teasing and being rude to lolicons. In her fandom it's a funny inside joke. Outside of her fandom (or outside the context of her fandom) it becomes a pretty creepy song.
I only vaguely recognized some words but knowing Ui mama and her chat it became easy afterwards to figure out the tone of the song love it even more now
"knowing the lyrics", what if I told you that there's a difference between knowing the lyrics and understanding them? This song is NOT condemning lolicons, it's celebrating it, or rather pandering to the lolicon community. The storyline of the song continues with the loli even making communal visits to the pedo in jail. What a lot of westerners take is the chorus and think that that's all there is to it.
@@JoStro_i mean, now you've admitted to watching enough shondo clips to recognise other shondo clip enjoyers, so it is likely that you will also be among those people being dragged out. And yes I do see the irony in that I am someone who knows who shondo is, so it is likely I am also one of the people being taken away.
@@thechh8297 I may enjoy shondo's streams because she's an entertaining and comfy streamer, but ngl I find the lolicon sect of her fanbase very wierd, not my vibe personally.
The music composer for this song, D.Watt, was in Malaysia in 2015. I had the pleasure to enjoy his performance, and everyone simply Hamtaro'd their way to his remixes.
@@weirdlypicturedbeing2122 i know, what i meant was, I wish I was watching the stream live so I could @ him with a simplified explination of the lyrics (Also i did go check after this and no one told him so he just thought it was a vibe)
I'm sure Jerod knows what the lyrics meant. He just didn't think it was anything too impressive to give his reaction to. I was intrigued by people keep being vague about the song's lyrics, and was immensely disappointed when I realized how underwhelming they actually were. Probs he is the same.
@@hoangkienvu7572 Strongly doubt it, unless he's learned japanese for a long time. Like, sure, a couple of words could be picked out but it's a different monster to understand it all on the go, even after studying for a long while. And I don't remember instances of him knowing other jp lyrics on a first play (could be wrong of course). So no conclusive reason to believe he understood the lyrics, much less to argue his opinion of them.
Whoever did the ad lib for the masochistic lolicon character sounds like they’re having a blast with those lines, somehow managing to make it sound slimey and goofy as hell at the same time, in a sort of playful way. Quality voice acting there.
First time seeing this dude. Bro wtf was that? How can he instantly know the beat and tune to play at for a song he's never heard before. That shit is like next level shit right there. Mad props to the dude.
Dude's been playing the drums for years and years. With that much musical experience in your corner, you get a feel for what beat matches up with the rest of the music.
I was like "why is it 8 minutes?" yeah, the pipes were totally worth it, I understand now :D his reaction to the song was priceless, man xD I should hang out and catch some more streams... but time zones happen and I usually sleep during prime US hours...
I am Japanese. This sing means Uityan(the girl in the video) denigrate some people who like to be denigrated by Uityan. So we think this song is too crazy.
@@ShahzebAsh More like pandering to the cultured. It's a cultural/linguistic misconception that this song condemns lolis when in fact it panders to the loli community.
As a real drum beginer i apreciate the way he kickin thoose beats with un heard of song before, even me i hear song 5 times and barely knowing wich tempo how to drum
