+Micha Kuiper Those totally existed, they were underneath the Asylum. Although the Sewer BUILDING didn't exist (It was a prop), the actual sewers and tunnel system was legit
+Micha Kuiper You re wrong, the '' sewer building'' actually exist, just search on google '' Buntzen Lake Hydro Plant '' ... you will find that building.. and that building has a sewer sistem for water from the lake.

I love you man. The way you make it all so funny "pom pom Pom" one of my favorite movies. I actually just found the house on google maps and the house had been repainted with some creamy color. You can still tell it's Beverly's house though. And the surrounding alleys and house just look beautiful. Thank you very very much. I wonder where are the Barrens and would you do another vid of more locations. I know IT doesn't probably have that many memorable locations besides that house and the barrens but I dunno. Kowabunga dude.
Thanks for posting....the red house that was used as Beverly marsh's house in the It miniseries...it still looks so much the same. I have not seen the movie in a long time but I distinctly recall that house in a number of scenes. Here, something like 25 years later, it has barely changed (except I guess for the barbed wire cyclone fence in front). I wonder where they filmed the school scenes? I take it that was also in or near Vancouver.
The part of the movie where they are looking at the photo album in the bush and pennywise comes cartwheeling down the road..that little town is where I work, it's the Burnaby village museum. I took a picture trying to line up the same shot as the movie..kinda creepy at night 😎

The drain that Pennywise was in, is at third st & liverpool new westminster, british columbia, and the theater that's in the movie is at 652 Columbia Street, New Westminster, BC
I just rewatched that movie on dvd. Also enjoyed the video of the shooting location of Friday the 13th 7. I met Kane Hodder who portrayed Jason and have a picture of me and him on my fb page.

I have, literally, never seen someone use barbwire to protect their home like that. Iron bars and roll down metal shutters, sure. Adam is right in saying it looks exactly like it did in the film. I guess that's a combination of the weather / lighting of Vancouver and the location being a run down section of the city.
You should go to Detroit and do videos of the abandoned places there. There are lots of them. Including neighborhoods almost completely abandoned. Once a thriving community where families lived, now open fields with houses abandoned, caught on fire, or someone is living there. I want to check it out but I will warn you that it would be the scariest place that you would ever check out. Just because there are people there you have to watch out for. Police advise people if you go there, protect yourself. I have watched videos and its sad but kind of crazy cool. There are project buildings abandoned everywhere. Mostly anywhere south of 8 mile Rd and east of Downtown Detroit, around I-94. If you do go, have somebody with you. Its not a scary as it sounds but always have somebody with you in that area. I mean, Detroit had 2 million people in the City of Detroit back in 50's and now its just under 1 million now living there. Half has moved away, abandoning homes, apartments complexes, and there is a Studebaker plant that is abandoned.
It's impressive that you play in a punk band by night, then are up early to do your 'daily blog channel'... sometimes caffeine-free, at that. That takes fortitude.
