Silk Sonic killed it at the AMAs. I really need more from them. Love the CD. Can't want for them to start on other projects. Not often that you can lost to an album from start to finish and love it. I did it with this album.

My soul yearns for these guys. I realize that Silk Sonic, the entire project was like catching lightening in a bottle. Look how many people were involved in the making of that Album. In addition to Anderson and Bruno, they had BabyFace; Bootsy; Dmile, ThunderCat, and other famous musicians. Then they had to negotiate with two different music labels to put the album out. That could not have been easy. The Pandemic freed up all these guys to just play around for a while. Out of their playing around, we got the magic of Silk Sonic. Thanks to Toney's reactions, I can go back and watch these videos and feel the wonder of their music whenever I need to.
The thing about this commentary is: there is no expiration date. I'm STILL watching this video on August 2, 2023, and digging it! Do you still love Silk Sonic like you did in this reaction? (the Tempt’s “ (I Know) I’m Losing You” is playing in my head) AND, I can't find your reaction AFTER you went to see SS in May, was it in 22 or 23? I'm confused (cuz I’m OLD).
