I was lucky enough to get tickets to his 24k tour stop in 2018 here in Hawaii. It was a homecoming for him so it was an amazing night in Honolulu. I'm a Bruno fan and he was CRAZY great live.

I was born 1971 and literally grew up with all that 70s Motown Sound like Stevie, Commodores, MJ and Jackson Five and all the others .. For my opinion that was real Music back in the Days in the 70s, 80s and 90s .. This Track now from Mars/Paak is absolutely amazing after such a long time .. To bring back that 70s Vibe in such a good and perfect way deserves Attention and Respect. And both are great Musicians , Singers and Performers .. as we can see in this Grammy Performance .. i guess this Tune will reach the Top of the Charts all over the World very soon .. Entered the UK Charts directly on 20 .. more to come .. UPDATE: its on 4 in the US Charts now !!

This is how true musicians sound. These guys were performing live in bars long before any record deals came along. You can find videos on RU-vid of both Bruno and Anderson singing live in small settings with no more than a few instruments. Always sound as good if not better than their recordings.

I think people often forget how Bruno is live....the performance artistry, the vocals, choreography, dancing,.....so refreshing to an old grandma . I own it, new subscriber here. Your reaction was the best one I've seen so far and I have seen a lot of them. Your part about the simple choreography from 5 Heartbeats was on point, and you can definitely see they had MAJOR 70s influence with that. This was definitely a 10/10 performance. Silk Sonic can bring radio back to the days where when you jumped in your car, you immediately turned on the radio; and when you had to get out, you ran inside to turn on your radio back on to finish hearing the song...or you had your pocket radio (holla if you know bout them 9volts) and you tuned in and sung along until class started or you clocked in! I stopped listening to radio because frankly, when you know music and true talent [and that includes instrumentation, vocals, and Lord God, meaningful lyrics] you can't stand the crap and phony imposters with their synthesized music and vocals, imitating singers... lol, and when you go see them in concert or even worse, they're asked to sing backed up by a true live band and you actually hear "the real" LOL... This performance is too smooth. Year’s ago I invented My Imaginary Man. Honestly, Bruno is him. A thousand year’s later I’ve found him . His hair( longer) open shirt no tie all the way down to keeping one hand in his pocket a lot. My sisters even remember when I use to say that. Bruno has an additional quality with his musical TALENTS. He’s like a good fish that you catch and throw back because it would be too much stress trying to keep him !😂🤣💕
