Rollerblade Blank liners come with thin, hard foam sizer inserts. It's only ~1.5mm thick, but it makes a surprising difference. Might not be optimal but you can DIY something like this pretty cheap and easily.

@@uu3903 I could pad out the mediums and make them work, but no amount of padding makes the shells look smaller. The medium shells are just way too huge and look stupid on me. The smalls look good but the fit is too small. A size in between small and medium shell would be perfect. From what I've seen online a lot of other people have the same sizing issue with THEM
