The shopkeeper is a kitten and it doesn't know how to run a store, it sleeps on a bag of powdered sugar behind the counter most of the time. The store sells bottlecaps (used), interesting looking rocks, and leaves that the kitten decided are really fun to chase around, and thought you should try it out some time.

List of items in the inconvenience store: Health Potion- Tells you how much Hp you have left(on screen anyways) Mana Potion- Tells you how much mana you have left(also on screen anyways) Double edged sword- Has high base damage, deals same percentage of damage to you as it does to the target Sparkly staff- Every spell casted hits a random target, enemy or ally. Multi target moves instead have the total damage it wouldve dealt condensed onto the one target. Stiff Bow- Has excellent scaling with Dexterity stat. Stiff material requires high Strength to use. Medicinal Herb- Heals for 50% of max Hp. Lowers all stats by 10% for 2 hours. The “Win” button- Wins the fight no matter the opponent. All other party members must be knocked out, and the member who uses this must be at an exact amount of Hp remaining that is randomly chosen and never specified. Pocket companion- a companion who can fit in your pocket! The small size makes them almost useless in combat, but hey, they make everyone smile regardless :) Pet rock- A rock with googly eyes carelessly glued to it. Can be used as a thrown item once. Shine stone- constantly emits a bright light. Is also incredibly hot, and isnt possible to carry safely.

I love the idea of an inconvenience store. In my head, I imagine that it’s the kind of store in a game that sells you items that are actually really good and powerful, but incredibly niche or require some kind of ridiculous prerequisite condition, making the items particularly useless in every situation except for the situation it was designed to be used in. I would imagine that the most expensive item would have the flavor text “kills the final boss when used” but the prerequisite condition is “the game must be closed”

This theme makes me want the things I presumably don't want

Aww. This theme makes me think of a small child running a shop. It would be a tiny stall outside of the main shop with a crooked "Shop" sign. Most of the stuff the child sells is useless, but the smile on that face everytime you buy something makes every gold piece spent worth it. This is a great song 8/10.

In my dnd session I had a shopkeeper who only sold things the party didn't want. "I've got pretty much everything," she would say. "What do you want?" But of course if the pcs mentioned something they wanted, she didn't have that particular thing. So they had to find creative ways to think of reasons they wouldn't want things. "Well then you can take this off my hands at least," the shopkeeper would say. I played this in the background. Great vibes

kinda give me the "its a rainy day in an unfamiliar town in a shop that the shopkeeper doesnt care about their customer and just keep reading the newspaper and you just ran into the shop for shelter" vibe

This feels like a niche little shop in the middle of nowhere and you don’t really want anything inside but its inside is made with so much care and love that you decide to buy a little trinket anyway and the shopkeep says “thanks for buying something!” And for once you feel like it’s genuine, it’s the voice of someone just trying to make ends meet and is genuinely thankful that you bought something. And as you leave, you see that same shopkeep stocking the shelves with a small smile and you feel that, you made their day, just a bit better. Edit: congrats on 1 mil views azali!

Y'know the inkeeper's kid in Undertale? This sounds like it'd be their shop's theme, where they'd sell sticks and half eaten snacks for way higher than they should be. They're saving up to buy a toy they really want.

The exact vibes of this: This shop pops up near the beginning of your adventure, the first little small town you find yourself in. Everyone knows each other and your still on unfamiliar grounds. The shop is small but quaint, and the shopkeeper may not have the best items but is proud of the little, kind of run down old store and is fairly friendly to you.

I really like how the music takes those slightly unexpected turns, like looking at an item in the shop and going "ooh shiny" only to realize that you cannot use it because you have the wrong class/build

As you progress making music, the songs you make will naturally take more time as you hone your craft. I used to be able to make a song in half an hour but now I usually spend upwards of a month on each song I make. Take as much time as you need to make something you're happy with.

This is like the Pokémon theme of a town that has a long lost legendary Pokémon in it and you’re about to awaken it.

it feels like a shop where i'd go every day and meet a nice couple running it, I'd get a couple things, have conversation with the store owners, (they're the cashiers.) and just relax by the store after leaving. It would have items that seemingly only fit my use cases due to everyone, jokingly or not, calling it "the inconvenience store".

This shop has the vibe of selling mostly useless items but then one item that's supposed to be the worst item, but was poorly coded and can be exploited for an extremely powerful glitch that can skip half the game

The bass in this track when you're listening on a good, calibrated set of headphones is something else, man.

this feels like the theme of the first shop you reach in an rpg that only sells weak weapons and potions, and as you progress you're glad to discover new and better shops, but when parts of this song become a recurring motif in the main theme and boss theme, you get a little nostalgic for that quaint little shop that saved you all the way back then. and then the shopkeep shows up during the boss battle and casts a sick nasty spell on the boss, blasting it to smithereens

To answer your question (as someone who hasn’t heard anything else you’ve done) I would say increase the time between uploads and keep the trend of moving towards higher quality stuff.

This feels like the shop where you have a lot of items you can’t buy that is crucial for the game/story but you end up finding a neat hat or something else instead

The shopkeeper feels like someone who tries not to be too chatty with customers so you focus on buying and not talking, but gives in and shows you their true personality as you unlock more dialogue options

This feels to me like a secondary store. Hand-me-downs, garage sale items, things of like a Salvation Army, Goodwill, Alleyway Coffee shop sorta vibe. That hole in the wall place that not many people but the locals go to, and has your daily customers that keep that cozy time-capsule feel. Fills me with hope that this place will last forever, as it is its own little pocket dimension away from everything else.

This sounds like such a beautiful mix of happiness and sadness, like a store in the rain or the feeling of a person stocking the same items day after day in a depressing loop.

The song evokes in me the vibe that this store exists in a semi dystopic world where no one really wants to be there, but here in this store, a small collection of people have found a place of solace and respite. This doesn't really sound like a Toby Fox song, but it *does* sound like something that could have been in Undertale or Deltarune. Especially with the name "Inconvenience Store" the other guy added, because that sounds *exactly* like a bit Undertale or Deltarune would do. A store that only sells things you would never pay money for.

You just finished a boss fight. You're so happy. This boss fight took everything out of you. You're so used to the previous shopkeeper and their store. The happy go lucky music, the same ambiance, the happy shopkeeper standing behind the counter. After the boss, you enter into the new area. Everything seems...different. It's not as bright. The layout is brand new to you. You see the items shop sign. You enter, and everything seems... cold. The music starts playing. The shopkeeper looks disinterested. The items are just less potent than the other items in the other shop. They don't heal the way the old ones do. The refills are in odd numbers. There's a new item that you have no idea what it does. You try to talk to the shopkeeper but all they give you is a 'hmph.' You want to go back.

Somehow this brings me joy, a quaint little shop that is always slightly behind the times, selling things I really wanted yesterday but not anymore. The shopkeep tries so hard, and so I still buy a thing or two, just because that smile brings me joy.

When I listen to this, I think of a small town and the small town convenient store and the employee is your friend school working there for the summer. Once summer season is over it is run by the owner of the store that is a nice old guy trying his best to have things in store that the younger kids like. The first time I heard this, I immediately loved it, the vibe is so on point. To me this is what good game music is like and honestly after a couple weeks of this song in my life, I still listen to it quite a bit and enjoy it just about every time, I was so pleasantly surprised to see it on spotify as well. I love to put this on a loop and just enjoy the chill ambiance.

I imagine that belonging to a shop in a game that detects where the last place you saved is and then detects all items that would be useful there just to remove them from the shops random catalog, so it constantly sells things that are full on useless on that moment and that have no sign will be useful, then at a random moment, the item IS useful but the shop suddenly doesn't have it, and to make it worse, some items ARE indeed useless, making it a constant russian roulette whenever you buy things
