Dude- I am SCREAMING! I love this show so much Some fun facts about it: -the first episode debuted on December 5th 1966 -it has 109 episodes, the first 17 being in black and white, making it one of the earliest anime to adopt color! -it's the first anime pointed at young girls (Princess Knight was for young adolescent girls, also the first anime for a female audience) -it's the first magical girl anime! (Himitsu no Akko-chan had the first magical girl character but didn't get an anime until 1969, her manga however debuted in 1962 in Ribon magazine) -this show kicked off Toei's reign over magical girl, or in that time period majokko (which translates to "little witch"), anime until 1980 when TV Ashi took the stage with Minky Momo and then Studio Pierrot (now known for Naruto) with Creamy Mami in 1982 -Sally stars in a video game for the Playstation back in 1999 along with other Toei majokko such as Akko-chan, Sarutobi Ecchan, and Cutey Honey, the game's title is Majokko Daisakusen: Little Witches Mischief -Hayao Miyazaki worked on this show, it was one of, if not his first experience in the industry after being inspired by Tale of the White Serpent, also by Toei -it has a sequel series that aired in the 80s You can find this show with some subbed episodes on 9anime!
