12:27 this is probably my favorite boss theme. It really fits Mettaton. It starts out simple and plain, like how Mettaton is literally a rectangle. But then it instantly goes to this crazy and banger theme, representing Mettaton’s crazy personality and layers. It just bounces around and that is what I love about it.

Napstablook has a good vibe theme ngl

Everybody talking about how Sans is the hardest boss, but they forget that Napstablook literally can't be killed.

I always loved how Megalovania is pretty much the only song in the official soundtrack with no recognizable leitmotif from any other song in the game, really sets sans apart from every other boss

There's just something about all these songs that hits differently. They all invoke such strong and unique feelings it's just out of this world.

Undyne is definitely my favourite boss. On my first playthrough, I killed all the bosses because "of course you're supposed to, it's an RPG". Undyne proved to be the first real challenge for me and she was just terrifying and fun. The green heart is my favourite one, and the ending as she slowly disintegrates makes you feel so bad. This entire fight is just amazing.

Bonetrousle has got to be one of the best songs. Something about it makes you want to not win the battle, at least it made it seem like that. Very catchy, I caught myself dancing to it. Great work making the songs, Toby Fox.

flowey's themes are by far my favorites, finale sounds so satisfying in a way and your worst nightmare just goes so hard. The switch from that hardcore stuff to the piano of finale is amazing.

Asgore's theme is one of the most emotionally charged pieces of video game music ever for me. Every time I hear it, I see him obliterate that mercy button, and it hurts him. Every time.

ASGORE theme is soooooo underrated it always make me cry,but make me fell determinated no matter what,undertale has perfect ost that help me in hard moment i don't know why but is my way to relax

Dude, I don’t get how perfectly Toby managed to fit each character with their song. Every single theme has an emotion and it always fits the personality and situation perfectly. Like for example battle against a true hero gives off a “never gonna back down no matter what” vibe which fits undynes personality and in the middle there this sort of calm state which for me sorta reminds me of what she is fighting for, to protect all the monsters and then it all of a sudden gets powerful like she knows she’s the last hope.

17:29 I was curious about why the name of this theme was in German language, cause all of the musics from Toby Fox (or at least majority) are in English, not only that, it always says something about the situation or the character, it can vary by something silly as "Dog Song" or even in the moment "A battle against a true hero" but it's always in depth of character, so I went to searching "In the German-speaking world, the mountain rapture (Bergentrückung) refers to a legend motif according to which heroes or rulers in particular do not die, but are raptured into a mountain until they return to free the country from its enemies or from the Antichrist" Reading this makes somehow an more detailed description os Asgore, the king that cannot fail, his people it's trapped, desperate to have some space in the surface world. In Mont Ebott there's no space anymore, there's no hope, if he fails in catching the final human soul... What would his people do? He already lost his children, his wife, he cannot lose his people (And before anyone says that there is already people talking about that, I'll say that I didn't know until I went to read about and translate the German text on Google, it's something new to me and maybe it is for someone out there)

Ok but jokes aside, how can so many perfect songs exist in one game? It just makes my favorite “megalovania” (basic, I know) seem that much better. All the other songs have a lighter feel to them, like there’s an emotional element, but Sans’ battle is just dark judgement
