I thought I've seen everything. I've even seen water memory in remote DNA transmission experiment. I can truly say this is the first time in my 63 years of life that I am seeing this.

It's definitely art, but it's not exactly life, there are more requirements for that. It's more properly an automaton that is wind-powered. That said it's still delightful art!
