Thank you for this course. I love learning about the Puritans but one thing I’ve always questioned is if they are so strict on following the Bible why do they baptize babies? No where in the Bible is a baby baptized. Makes no sense to me. Thanks again

Your way of thinking shows yout baptist background. Where in the Bible is forbidden baptizing babies of believers??? In your churches you lay your hands on the newborn babies of believers, basically jus6 changing baptism for laying of the heands. Where in the Bible is commanded that? Go, and learn about paedo baptism. Their is alot of books on that subject, including books from puritans!

@@rockycomet4587 Well, sacred scripture does not teach “once saved always saved” double predestination, mere symbolism of baptism and the Lord’s super, etc. Sacred scripture teaches sacramental theology, baptismal regeneration, the true corporal body and blood of Christ for the forgiveness of sins, private confession and holy absolution, liturgical worship, etc. The Bible believing church teaches sacramental theology. Bible believing Christians do not reject the Mass, etc.
