It's so refreshing to see a cast and crew so dedicated to the material rather than a "modern" interpretation.

Daily Wire has to work THAT much harder in order to make high quality stuff when compared to Hollywood, who’s been in the business for a while now. This looks a great step in the right direction. It’s so refreshing to see a live action adaptation that just wants to do a great job according to the source material

Please please please take your time with this and do the books separately instead of pulling an Amazon and rushing through the Wheel of Times series like the fans won’t care. Lawhead was so careful in how he wrote them and they really deserve to be done epically like the Lord of the Rings.

As an African, seeing literature brought to life through the means of film by people who want nothing more than just to tell a really great story is a thing of beauty! I love that I get to witness the stories from all over the globe; peculiar in their telling. It really is such an inspiring thing.

Finally, a Western classic that won't be race swapped

No freaking way! Pendragon Cycle is one of my top 3 book series of all time. This is amazing! I hope they do it justice. Bedwyr was my favorite character. Him and Arthur were like "golden mead and dark wine poured into the same cup". Taliesin, Merlin, Charis all iconic characters. Some of the most poetic battle scenes ever written. I had no idea this was happening.

Whoa, this actually looks pretty cool. Crazy DailyWire is actually making, like, legit movies now. And that looks like a massive set, with an authentic-looking cast-not to mention it’s adapting an actual IP-so it must have a real budget, even… Just hope they have dialect coaches and historical advisors to round out the quality, and then I wish them success hopefully adapting the full series!

I love the Arthurian legend! I hope Merlin is in it too! I’ve been super excited for this since it was first announced!

I am so excited about this series. Like Jeremy, about 30 years ago I read these books. I loved them and Stephen R. Lawhead became my favorite author. Thank you Daily Wire for making a childhood wish come true. So excited that a company that aligns with my values and those of the author is making this series. Hollywood would have ruined it, if they even looked at it.

Greetings from England! As these stories in all their variety are my country's legacy I want to say how surprised I was to see DW do something like this... and then I was delighted. There's soon to be a TV version of 'The Winter King' in the UK and because it's Current Year it looks horrendous. Did you know many of the leaders and political figures in 6th century Britain were black? Well they are now. And it's almost impossible to imagine any TV company NOT doing that these days. Except a company like the DW. So please make it good and stick it to the people rewriting my country's history. Please. All the best.

It’s about time someone put these amazing books on the big screen! I fell in love with them decades ago so much so that my own (now grown) daughter’s name, Charis, comes from these beloved books.

Woah.... I didn't even know this was a thing. The Pendragon Cycle by Stephen R Lawhead is one of my favorite book series of all times. I hope this is done well and accurate to the world Lawhead created. One of my favorite quotes comes from Merlin in book two. "Perhaps it is how we are made. Perhaps words of truth reach us best through the heart and stories and songs are the language of the heart."

I'll never forget seeing the hardcover of Hood in the window of my local christian book store when I was a kid. I was awestruck by it and proceeded to hunt down every Lawhead book I could find. I can't believe 17+ years later his work is getting adapted and by Dailywire no less. This will be the first fantasy adaptation since Peter Jackson's LoTR trilogy that is made with love and not solely to be social commentary or poorly disguised subliminal woke indoctrination. God bless this endeavor and all those involved. I cannot wait to see it!

I’ve seen posters about this, and I honestly had no intention of seeing it. This has made me 100% certain I’m going to watch it. I only clicked on the video in hopes of seeing Brett, because I’m a GenZ girl who listens to her a lot. But seriously, keep making more videos just like these. If you can reach me, when I had no intention of spending my time on watching the Pendragon cycle, you can reach so many more people just like me.

Honestly I don't watch a lot of the movies and shows on DW+ other than the daily shows, but this genuinely looks so cool- I'm so excited!! Crossing my fingers that Michael is in it too with Brett!

I adored Stephen Lawhead's sci-fi duology "Empyrion." If he did an Arthurian story even half as well as he did his sci-fi, I'm on board!

Finally!! We've been waiting for the updates about this series! Now please start to do daily and weekly updates on your entertainment productions! You're behind Angel studios just because of how connected they are to the audience! Filming it in Hungary is a brilliant decision, that country is beautiful and also very distinctly central European with medieval structures, castles and villages. Another request. Imo, you need to separate the political content in your company from the entertainment part. In order to succeed please create a "DW+ Entertainment" channel and other social media channels whose only purpose is to deal with entertainment related productions like "The Pendragon Cycle" and other future productions. It's wrong to mix them up and you're alienating potential viewers and costumers by doing so. Please look into what Angel Studios are doing with their own company and learn from them.

I LOVE Stephen R. Lawhead's books!! I started with the Pendragon Cycle, but my absolute favorite was The Iron Lance from the Celtic Crusade trilogy. I also read Byzantium and am currently reading Patrick: Son of Ireland. I look forward to watching this film. If there are any future casting calls, please let me know!!! 😁

Where I think the potential lies in the Daily Wire is actually the smaller budget they have to work with. Hollywood is throwing ungodly amounts of money at their productions, and their productions are hot garbage. DW has to do more with less, which is where creativity often flourishes. I hope they do good.

Netflix released The Winter King, which was a King Arthur story from Cornwell, the guy who wrote The Last Kingdom. The Netflix show is horrible and has almost nothing to do with the source material. I'm eager to see the Pendragon Cycle.

I truely believe we're entering an age of conservative film making and story telling completely separate from Hollywood. I was just talking to someone recently about the huge shift in Hollywood in about 2016/2017. When Trump got elected, I think that was like a battle cry for everyone in the film industry because, after that, everyone went from still being semi-neutral to being overtly liberal/leftist in what they made. My favorite movie is still 2016's "LALA Land" and I constantly say that that was one of the last non-woke major movies Hollywood's made. This moment in time is the moment before "the industry" splits into two lanes... time to make our lane the best!
