they are genuinely hilarious in like an old white dad way and they make tonnes of videos for at home physio therapy as well as sharing their knowledge with less experience therapists. they helped me realise the way i would sit at my desk with my feet stretched out and crossed was causing my right hip to over stretch and lose stability, which made me knee shift in and my lower back stop engaging which then also screwed up my shoulder. i thought it was a combo of issues so i was tackling everything seperately but it was actually all traced to my hip and the way i sat. fixed the whole chain in about 3 months
