Falz is so good! This is really good. Women - men are not ‘helping you’ when they do chores in the house. The chores are not yours. Just as the house is for both of you, the chores come with the house. Stop claiming what is not yours! He’s not helping you with chores, he’s simply doing his share of chores!
So just curious, how do you tell that to an African man with the mentality that the house chores is for the woman? Is it in marriage you will start teaching him that the chores is for everybody?
I studied my husband while we were dating and saw how helpful and willing to help he is when i do things, i also made sure to ask questions about sharing responsbilities chore and bills, although there are still elements of err "that i am a man and you are a woman so these are our roles"...but i made sure to have conversations about expectations from.eachother so there are no grey areas...i dont see a problem with sharing bills although we are few months in our marriage and noticed him leaving me to do the chores, even though i am a very energetic person i realised i was getting quite exhausted doing everything and hey i still have to put in same energy at work too, and i had always said to myself and him we wont have a marriage where we cant talk about things so i make sure to chip in that he needs to help around in the house even if its just two of us cause there will come a time our family will grow haaa i cant come and kill myself...it took a lot of saying it over and over in arguments and as jokes but i have noticed him helping out now so either as a guy or as a lady lay your expectations out as much as possible and you guys agree...we are all a work in progress lets make a conscious effort to be better...This isnt the stone age anymore....wow this my comment is long o

His talent is appreciated and the way he changes his accent is epic. I love ♥️ this man and I hope to be able to work with him one day. I wish he married Yemi Alade. Their chemistry is 🔥🔥🔥. No, it doesn't. Only beta males succumb to such petty attitudes. Men and women with self respect and worth. Won't allow themselves be put in position where they have to feel challenged to get affection. Asking to employ that kind of man (one that seems to make you compete for your wife's attention) would create distance. Very soon e go tire you. Someone like me won't even flinch. You need support, stay on it and if you request for a man maid, fine. But using it to make me bend my will, will affect you on the long run.
