I picked the left one, because the right one is how I dress basically. The grey hoodie kind of makes you look like you need to shower which I probably do, at any given moment. The light trousers with a little bit of a pleat look more fashionable. The dark pants and grey top with a jacket is a color scheme that I like and generally do, but I think the other one looks like more effort. Like the light pants are like I am attempting fashion where as the other one is “we’re doing dark pants and muted tones in top, I dunno what to tell ya.”

Honestly, so true I remember freshman year. I thought if I bought expensive clothing I would look better but I never really had the money for it. So sophomore year rolls around I have to fucking experiment and I remember the first complement I got, it made me feel so good and then after that, I just kept on expanding my wardrobe, senior year I’m now getting best dressed and I always get compliments. It’s nice but I know I definitely don’t have the best fashion and I’m only working with what I have. I’m happy how I’m dressing and I want to dress in other ways. There is no better feeling than wearing a risky fit to school or out in public and getting a bunch of compliments for it. It feels like you know your hard work paid off.

I truly prefer the all black outfit on the right to the one on the left, actually. Sure, I get why in concept the one of the left is more "advanced fashion" - the contrasts in shapes, the floaty sillhouette, the avant garde texture, the visually interesting shoes... But I will still take the one of the right; the one with the flattering shape that makes a man's legs look longer, his shouldes wider and more angular, and his torso more triangular and tapered. And there is a reason why the outfit on the left will gain the approval of your fashion bros, but the one on the right is the one that all the thirsty girls will use as a cover for their wattpad erotica. I am not interested in fashion that crosses past a certain treshold where it makes the clothes themselves look better and more notable than ME in them. I sometimes feel like those higher levels of fashion begin to defeat the practical day to day benefits of looking good, and erase you rather than highlight you.

Thank you. Risk, after risk, after risk. I’m always trying to wear something new, and wear it front of people. I love fielding questions, seeing reactions. You can never stop adding to your style. However, I do think the participating in every trend business is…nasty work.

As I got older I developed my own style focused on raw denim and boots like like to wear with them from Timberlands, Nick's, J.K and Truman all custom made boots and Saint Laurent and Celine for luxury boots. And in summer and spring I wear my Jordans and running shoes.

My style is influenced by my nostalgia (eyeing the fruits magazine as a kid and seeing cool people I looked up to) and things I find pretty and some items from other eras like the 80s. It’s all va collage. I had a weird style as a kid too and that got me bullied. But now I take pride in it and it’s also more accepted? Well idk I’m not in a hs environment rn. But I think I look better in my 5$ charity shop clothes than ppl who dress w those very expensive items. Don’t get me wrong the margiela boots r nice. But I’m comfortable in my style and don’t really need them. I have very strong opinions on style and what I like but people can dress however they like ofc. But I really do not like the very crisp clean colors, I need a bit more realism clothes that look like they have been worn and loved. And that’s my personal opinion.

Im on the "im dressed so not naked" level of fashion. I wear what I feel good in, what looks good to me. So to some people I might look ridiculous and to others cool. Since I sort of hang around in 2000 and just went for less baggy but never tight, I seem to be rolling right into the current trends without effort.
