Recipe:
2 mackerels
canned peeled tomatoes
3 onions
1 head of garlic
juice of half a lemon
50 ml of oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
4 grains of allspice
Description:
For the sauce, fry the onion for 2-3 minutes and add the can of peeled tomatoes and garlic. They will suffocate for 10 minutes. Towards the end we put half a teaspoon of black pepper and 1 tsp. sol. Cut the two mackerels into equal pieces. In a deep pan pour the tomato sauce, arrange the fish on top and pour the lemon juice. Add 1 bay leaf, 4 grains of allspice and put to bake in a preheated 180 degrees Celsius oven for 50 minutes.
