Bingo, you couldnt be more on point. LAL front office has failed LAL, not LBJ & AD.. Very similar to Embiid situation in PHI- imagine not having back up legit Centers for AD & Embiid, two of the more injury prone players who need to be healthy to have any post season success. Pure negligence from LAL & PHI (who I know just got drummond but its been since he was on the team last that they had a decent back up, which is years!)

To shut down LeBron only means his assist will go through the roof. KD going to light them up. That said they need to do a better job defending that 3. It's a different game. These are pros playing against pros. So these will be tight games.

They can't shut Lebron down, especially in the post. The only reason Lebron can't dominate on the Lakers like this anymore is because he's always gassed by the 3rd and 4th quarter. He plays far too many minutes in the NBA for his age, but in the Olympics, there are only 40 minutes. Plus, he has an all-star squad to help carry the load.

And better shooting. We have struggled shooting. All the time in fiba.. it's closer guys I don't understand. Dame, Middleton, book, Tatum can't shoot in fiba?! Steph has struggled in 3 games to shoot.... We shot well in 1 and destroyed a top team

Team USA is old and they just got together they dont have as much synergy as other teams. Meanwhile other teams are putting 200% effort into their game because they want to prove they can beat USA when Team USA is barely able to reach their 100%. They can't reach 100% because they're all MVPs they don't know how to play with each other because they can all 1v5 those other teams that's why the scores are this close.
