Shmee.... Surely your SF90 must be close to this car in terms of raw power. And being probably 8 years newer, must feel more sophisticated too. Or is a Koenigsegg kinda on its own level.
Love it! My neighbor has the Agera RS1 (ultra rare), as well as a Pagani Zonda, etc etc. Koenigsegg is my favorite hypercar by far. I really enjoyed your recent tour of the factory, as well as this video, thanks Tim!
Supposedly they only made 25 or so RS1 models. I love the spec as well. His Zonda is all yellow which isn’t my favorite, but the Zonda, Lexus LFA and Carrera GT are the best sounding cars I’ve ever heard in person.
If I had the means, a Koenigsegg, and Ford GT would be my first two choices, followed by a 300sl gullwing Mercedes and a 63 split window corvette 🙂 It’s fun to dream!!
Gotta love Koenigsegg favorite automotive brand, they should make need for speed part 2 but use real eggs this time, The F-14 Tomcat of cars or F-22 of cars.
I saw this driving up Eaton Gardens last week, while waiting at the lights. Too epic to contain my excitement! Also saw my first Century (Toyota) that day.

Tbh, I'm not a fan of the sound of the engine. For me the AM GT8 sounds so much purer and nicer. The car itself is an epic masterpiece, but the sounds just doesn't do it for me.
I am more of a subtle guy, so for me the best specced Agera RS is the Final Edition Thor. Looks pretty ordinary with all those clear carbon, but under then sun, you will get to see the glittering of the diamond dust under the clear coat paint. Also it has it's very own unique wing design.
Great to see and in this case hear a great car with an IC engine, performance is an emotional thing and the Powertrain noise is key to that experience. Lets take the opportunity to enjoy these cars before hyper quick, but hyper quite EV’s take over Great video Shmee team.
A watch advert? like a could afford that, i probably couldn't afford a cheap fake. although it does look beautiful and the GW Chelse model looks stunning .A watch like would be so cool to own and wear but sadly i'll never be able to afford something like that unless i won the lottery. oh the Egg looks amazing also.

My dream would be to own the sort of cars Tim and his friends own but i also know that if i ever did, i'd want to drive them like Tim does and not just keep them locked away but i'd also be so worried every time i did drive them that they'd get damaged, either from the horrendous condition our roads are in, from other drivers, from the narrow country lanes and over grown greenery and people thinking their 5ft wide car needs 6ft of room, any time i had to park it somewhere etc.. etc.. I don't know if i'd ever be able to actually enjoy them
It really is a headache. I don't drive that nice of a car but nice enough to me that I want to keep it as pristine as I can which means I usually research the parking garages to see if they're spacious enough, double park away from everyone where there is space etc. And then leaving the car parked somewhere, I'm constantly worrying if somebody will mess with it. At least there's insurance to pay for all the damages which gives some peace of mind...
You'll probably find. If you have enough money to buy these type of cars. They probably don't care too much about these type of things. Especially if they have the correct insurance etc in place
@@alasdair0195 You're probably right there, i guess that's the difference between just having the money to buy one or actually being able to afford one as i know even on normal cars getting things repaired/replaced isn't cheap and on things like the all carbon Koenigsegg the costs must be through the roof!
Shmee please we need some cool cinematic shots of these beautiful cars, such attention to details and incredible pieces of art deserve some cool montages and shots and also Higher video qualities and proper color grading in your videos would absolutely be like icing on the cake. You seriously need to upgrade your camera gear and with brad on the team, i am sure you'll churn out some insane videos.
I wonder if Koenigsegg will be considered for a Nobel prize because he done something for car engineering that comes around only every 25-50 years in the automotive industry.
What is with your ford gt and it's taillights always blinking out of sync on the road? That would be so annoying to drive behind all the time, what does it mean? Indicator lights are supposed to indicate something, left turn, right turn, brakes...your gt makes no sense. I saw it in the other video also with the gumball warmup and hillclimb.
