Xman was a big asset for Texas. They worked hard to find ways for him to get open against Alabama. Veach says he learns playbooks easily which is really important for us with the largest playbook in the NFL. He also can throw the ball which Andy will love for a trick play once in a while.

Veach said they were indeed interested in tackle first. Wonder who that was, Fashanu? Wow he also admitted Worthy plays at 4.3 speed. Love the ball tracking ability.

I get the feeling Mims going was the last straw. After that, they were probably out on OT in the first. Paul probably the target in 2, but I'd prefer if they doubled up on WR.

I do not understand why so many people focuses on being "small" not a WR material. You have WR that competes for the ball; you have receivers that stays open and boogie with their after burner. It all depends on the scheme and coaching. "Small" people has lower center of gravity and able to turn on a dime much better than a 6'7" guy. Growing up watching Maradona (soccer), I saw him weave around much taller guys like a magician. He is short.

Your point has some merit, but the hands are significantly more important in American football. Not a lot of jumping to catch ball unless you're a goalie. How many small goalies are there? Don't get me wrong. I LIKE this pick.

Xavier is the fastest young man out there, period faster than AI. Speed +a 5 yr deal+ right price both for the trade & future contract* His size is my only concern but look Pat needs tools & Andy knows the defenses were collapsing in on the Chiefs because Chiefs didn't have deep threat. These drafts should change that.

I feel like at the minimum, going in, they'll really want Zammit to just be good enough of an athlete to claim a solid role on special teams, including the return game. It'll be his job if he can earn it. I say that only because generally speaking I don't think most teams want their top options at the skill positions taking extra hits, with obvious exceptions in regard to special talents. Zammit does look like he could be a special teams beast though as he works his way into a legit role on offense.

Why do we keep drafting tiny players and letting big powerful strong fast players like Xavier Leggette go to other teams? Did we learn nothing from taking mecole hardman over DK metcalf? Last time I checked Skyy Moore is a fucking bust. So sick of this obsession with tiny fast guys. You're not going to find another Tyreek. There's only one tyreek! smh.

@@CrisStyle You love it I hate it. I'm okay with that. Aren't you? If Legette goes out and lights it up and this kid doesn't, Veach will NEVER hear the end of it. A lotta folks liked Worthy but I have yet to find anyone cite anything other than the 40yd time. What else is his upside? Ladd is the more accurate route runner. Legette is more rounded, and a leader, integrity, and a list of recognition. Adonai Mitchell was there. There was a ton of legitimate talent on the board. I say this was a drool pick, and I sincerely hope I am wrong. We sure as heck didn't need to trade up and lose 95 over it. Legette was there at 32 It feels stupid as hell...
