For those of you that are confused, the version of Tails you see at the end of the third video is referred as Secret History Tails, created by the same person that made these three animations. Here’s a recap from the Secret History of Sonic and Tails video: It’s a day like any other. Sonic was running around Green Hill, going through the loop to loops, until he got a mail card from SEGA Enterprises. They decided that Sonic needs a partner, which was Tails. Sonic didn’t really want a partner, but SEGA tells him to just ignore him and keep playing through his role. Described by Amy, she says that Tails always seemed to “hover around” Sonic. It seemed innocent at first, but then weird incidents started happening right afterwards. Knuckles and Sonic finally put their differences aside and decided to defeat Dr Eggman, and then they would become best buddies. But then, it happened… Sonic and Amy found themselves in a crime scene. They noticed Knuckles, but things looked really brutal. 3/4 of his head had exploded from his body, and they could hardly recognize it was him. It was confirmed that it was an accidental death from his phone exploding in his face. But Amy had her suspicions… The narrator of the video starts talking about the relationship Sonic has with Shadow, describing them as “brothers.” But then, Shadow had the same fate as Knuckles. They said that Shadow’s shoes had malfunctioned, causing him to burst through a wall. The only thing left of Shadow was one of his legs and shoes. The viewer slowly starts to know that they were all not accidental deaths, but would soon find out a certain “best friend” murdered them and made it look like an accidental death. One night, Amy let’s go of her hammer as she’s talking to Sonic through her phone. Without her knowing, Tails snatches it and takes it back to his mechanic shop, or other words, his lair to make another murderous scheme. Little did he know that Amy showed up behind him, along with Sonic. “There he is!” Amy yells. Tails jerked his head to see them before him. “Why?!” Sonic says in anguish. “WHY?!?” Tails says with a maniacal chuckle. “BECAUSE THEY WERE IMPOSTORS, SONIC!!” As flashbacks of Knuckles/Shadow’s bodies and Tails gapes his mouth open as he saw Sonic being friends with Shadow, he continues his speech. “They didn’t love you!! *I* loved you!! YOU THINK THEY WERE YOUR *FRIENDS??* I AM YOUR BEST FRIEND, SONIC!!” “DON’T YOU GET IT?! SONIC’S BEST FRIEND IS TAILS!! *MEE!!* ” Amy then tells him to give himself in, so they can get him help. That’s where Sonic gets fucking serious with him. He says, “You have never once, ever COULD be, or ever WILL BE my friend. EVER!! You sick. TWISTED. *FUCK!!!* ” “That’s it,” Tails says as he goes into the peak of insanity. “I finally get it now!! If Sonic and Tails are best friends…” Sonic and Amy back up. “…and I’m NOT your best friend…” “Oh no,” Sonic says in fear. “Then YOU. AREN’T. *SONIC!!!* ” Tails says as he throws Amy’s hammer at the both of them, making an explosion. Luckily Sonic and Amy escaped just as he threw it. That was the last anyone had seen Tails, but even so, SEGA kept the wheels rolling. Even Sonic mentioned that they got him more sidekicks and friends, but it was all not the same. He thought Tails was right: what if he WAS not Sonic. Meanwhile, in a secret hideout, Tails has now become extremely obese, and had painted people he captured blue. And if they couldn’t say “You’re too slow” as properly as Sonic, they would be sawed up and killed, and then would be put on a wall of other dead people such as Yoshi, Pikachu, Big the Cat even, and so many more… And that’s Secret History Tails’ story! Re-watching "There's something about Amy" is very interesting after learning Sonic's true feelings. You start to notice more of what Sonic and Tails do

Honestly, I feel like SH Tails made by a guy on RU-vid takes everything the Joker does, gives it a new coat of paint, and then does it better, and this is coming from a guy who absolutely loves Joker. Joker is crazy, charismatic, and addicted to the feeling of blood on his hands, while Tails is EXTREMELY smart, conniving, and obsessed with finding the real Sonic. But while Joker is far more uncaring about anyone, Tails is more empathetic, understanding what Amy means when she says that she loves Sonic and changing his entire plan on a whim to not only spare her, but recruit her in his mission. And of course, both have iconic laughs and catchphrases.

Secret Histories Tails appearing was the ULTIMATE plot twist!!!

Chapter 1 has some amazing plot twists we did not expected to witness, and my theory is for Chapter 2 is for those two to go back where the first incident that started all of this and when he disappeared.

Chapter 1 was sooo hype, I hope Chapter 2 will be even better

I just realized when Tails said “I’m my own worst enemy” that kinda foreshadowed the third episode

I found it adorable for Amy to make Sonic a picnic once you learn that he loves her too

You should react to the Secret History series on their channel as well. It’s where that Tails at the end came from Edit: okay you seem to be familiar with it at least. I can imagine that part at the end would be confusing for those who haven’t seen it yet.

My theory..correct! When the first episode came out, I was the first one to think about tails acting evil. And I was like ‘wait, but isn’t secret histories tails evil also-‘ And then, I knew it. GASP!!! THEORY!!! okay hear me out hear me out!! So! We already know that Secret history tails killed this tails and I’ve noticed that not many people knew how. I think the first episode answer’s it pretty well! in 2:02 an explosion happen’s and we already know that secret history tails love’s explosives and noun functions to make it seem like an accidents to get away with his crimes. And then ten seconds later when Amy checks on the “other” tails (aka secret history) 2:12 he said “you can say I am my own worst enemy”. So here’s how I think he killed the real tails. He made some sort of bomb in one of his devices causing Amy to see the commotion. Secret history tails knew this would happen so he disguised himself as the “other tails”. While “helping Amy” and “helping sonic” he was finding way’s to hide the body so he chopped him up into different peaces cutting his head off in the process, and we also know he likes doing that as well especially when it comes to playing with his toys. so when he hid the body, he was digging deep enough to where it was for Amy to find but not too deep to where it couldn’t be found. Secret history tails knew all of this from the very beginning!! and I think that’s how secret history tails kills the real tails.

i think that explosion SH Tails had was because he blasted the original tails and then after Amy left he burried the original tails head and also tails went out with sonic and knuckles so maybe right after he buried the original tails head he went to go with sonic and Knuckles. but that's just my theory.
