Oh hell yes Skye or aka acloudyskye, he is a solo artist that makes electronic atmospheric songs and all his songs give some much soul and emotion. Definitely one of my top favorite artists

The intro was way too long, and the song is just weak techno pop, not something I will ever listen to but I guess some people will enjoy this. If I want relaxing instrumental music, classical is much better.

@@volvulusx5043 This is not a diss, I am really curious. What were they aiming for? I am always trying to understand the meaning of songs, but that usually involves the lyrics since that is what I focus on. Here, no lyrics so I wonder what message the band was trying to deliver. Thanks for any insight you can give me.

@@alancarter41 Well with a track like this we really just have the sound and the title to go off of. to me the beginning suggests a feeling of hopelessness/reflecting on something. But as the song continues it builds more and more, so confidence is slowly starting to be gained. Finally when the electronic layer + drum beat comes in, it feels like confidence has been fully restored and actions are being taken (There's still time). It's very intense with the heavy distortion - it's a struggle. Lastly, the theme established in the beginning returns but with an added layer of strings. That is indicative of success/triumph - that the obstacle that once seemed overwhelming has been overcome. I think calling this "techno pop" is like calling Slipknot "screamo", just a really silly/ignorant thing to say.

@@volvulusx5043 Thank you. I have little understanding of electronic music, being mostly interested in power metal and techno pop is the only term I was aware of (mostly because my son listens it). As I said, I try to understand other genres (I used to hate death metal, but I had someone explain the background and idea and now I enjoy it) although teenie pop and Kpop still escape me. I will relisten and try to see if I can pick up what you have explained. However, I will be the first to admit I have the musical ability of a dead carp which is one reason I tend to concentrate on the lyrics.

@@alancarter41 All good. But I don't think there's such a thing as "teenie pop", no clue where you found that term. While I think genres are silly in a way, it's still a bit wrong to just make up random terms...
