I think that she is absolutely brilliant, she has a bit of a muscular running style but i expect that is from her cross country ski background. There aren't many distance runners who could do both sports so well done 👏👏
@@Tearstank thousands and thousands of training sessions.. Not as nobody as yourself would understand.. You don't know SHIT about Scandinavians, you piece of shit
Runner nr. 345 has a running style that leans too much backwards. It should be another way around: runner should lean a little bit front. Runner nro. 293 makes weard unsymmetrical movement with her hands, that's not good also... I think Johaugs style is better than some other runners in this race, but she could have more smoothness at least. Her running seems to be a bit bumpy.
Pure VO2-max, but fairly poor vVO2-max. I guess the running technique is not the worst I have seen, but it ain't so very good either. With the right running technique Therese could excel in 10k running.
Ja hun fikk kritikk for mangelfull løpsteknikk.
Amazing,,, Give her Egebergs price,, It should really go to her,she is a good example of the basic values of sport,,,never used unauthorized preparations,,,🤔🤔😱
Bizarre form, but she's an amazing athlete. A pity she missed the Worlds standard; would have been cool to see her running against (or more likely getting lapped by) Sifan Hassan.
@@Pard2011 She´s an amazing skier, but reaching 29 minute is impossible with her running technique. She should improve it a lot to reach under 31 minutes. That is a fact :-)
you really have no clue about distance running do you ? the world record stands in 29:17 by Almaz Ayana (ETH) possibly doping as the previous Chinese record holders admitted to doping but never got stripped of her record as she never tested positive. And you really think a women from Norwegian who is probably at her peak as she is in early 30 can run 4 min faster by just improving her "running technique" is the most stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life but maybe you are being sarcastic lol. what do you think this is sprinting. I agree her running form isn't great but that aint going to help him become the first women to run sub 29 well not without doping at least. if improving you running technique in distance can have that dramatic improvement every athlete would be working on that rather than logging high mileage week in week out.
У нее перекос тазобедренного сустава, ей нужно обратиться к остеопату пока еще не поздно. Пока тело молодое идет компенсация и нагрузка не так чувствуется, но это может закончится травмой.
she might be able to dominate in this sport on norwegian tearms but she has no change or head for it against international runners....even in skiis she gets stressed each time someone is close to her, so even if she would be fast she would get stressed and fail because people would be able to catch up with her on a higher international level.
@@djordjenikolic9059 Nope he is right, she does get stressed and lose her technique when puahed hard when she is skiing so the same will happen when running.
Let's be honest - the level of the rest runners is low enough to beat them with the finger in your nose... They are looking like they'd run the first time in their life... Johaug is a great sport profi ( even if pharma-supported) but she was competiting with amateurs...
