Hi brother. How do you calculate the value of Internal heat generation in W/m^3 ? My chip rejects 15W of heat, how can I convert it to W/m^3 ? The volume of the chip is 0.0000027 m^3. Please help me urgently. Note:- I divided the value of heat rejected by the volume and the Internal Heat generated value was very high, when I solved for that value, my chip reached 860°C which is impossible. Please can you help me with this ? Thanks in Advance.
Are you sure about the 15W heat rejection? That's a very high value for the volume of chip you mentioned. I guess 15W is the wattage of your chip and not the heat loss.
@@unorthodox.engineering Nope, Its not a basic electronic chip, It's a Power electronics device and yes the Heat rejection value is from the manufacturers data sheet. How fo I calculate it in W/m^3 ?
