I suppose that thermocouples go where heat guns can't, such as inside pottery kilns to regulate the heat - if a kiln cools too fast, the glaze on the pots cracks... I'm trying to guess why James sleeps wearing a mask ? Anyway, an enlightening introduction !

Now that the sensors on some visual lcd infrared tools have become cheaper... Can you shoot a video on infrared thermal cameras and what features to look for?
