Thermocline is Important! 

They actually make castable fish finders you simply tie on a rod and cast out. Generally when you are fishing from shore, you are fishing water that is above the thermocline unless the banks are Very steep with deep water close to you. Whack em. May God Bless. jimmy

Hello Jimmy it's Bill how are you Jimmy thank you so very very much for getting back to me I greatly greatly appreciate it and knowing all is well with you too and Jimmy great video again I really enjoyed it and I was cracking up when you get ready to break the rod LOL LOL😂 and while I've had those situations too Jim don't feel bad right along with you that's for sure and boy I've thrown some the yeah I've hit a tree limb plenty of them in my time for sure and where the base just hanging off the tree limb to the water actually had a fish jump for it one time you should have seen that ordeal but it's all good it was interesting that's for sure Jim LOL okay Jimmy hey definitely glad to hear you're getting some little better weather with a little bit of a cool front coming in there and cool things off down into the low 90s better than the triple digits for sure and we're going to hope it gets a little cooler yes Paul was only 4 weeks away Jimmy holy moly and then it'll be fall fishing definitely a great time of the year to do some fall fishing I still have a few tournaments left and we'll see how we make out there that's for sure all right Jimmy thank you again for getting back to me I greatly greatly appreciate it and I will definitely talk to you soon stay in touch when you can and God bless you Jimmy God bless Chris and the family love you all dearly
