The last truck I had with a 2000 Chevy truck I sold that when I retired about 4 years ago.. it was a good old truck you know Rusty but it was a good truck.. I always kept it up..
Good job Pal, my truck is exactly the same, so now I know that it's not that bad of a job. Cool! Lots of love to you and your lovely assistant mechanic. 😊❤
Just think how just to replace the belt on that truck ,you have to remove that air intake stuff. Glad my Ram isn't like that. Thanks for the video, you can learn how to do many repairs from videos on RU-vid and save a lot of money. I didn't see no blood on your knuckles.... you were lucky 😂😂😂. Stay safe Ps. Besides it being a 2 or 3 hundred dollar job ... they always seem to find a " few" other things that need attention and your bill at the door.... 1000 or more.

Using skinny channel locks on them clamps is near impossible. Normal pliers work wonders. Those 2 clamps are not on properly. I can promise you. you will have problems if you leave it like it is. When re=using that style of clamp, you need to line the camp up perfectly into the witness mark it left on the hose, taking good care to even "clock" it to exactly where it used to sit. TBH on the vid it didn't look like the clamps were even over the humps properly. Sorry but I don't want to see you have a future problem. cheers Dizzy.
Victor, I did Go Back and Check everything over before I was Done. I just Forgot to video That Part. lol But Good On You For The Info. Stay Safe Dizzy.
No worries brother. Please don't say "stay safe" to me though bro. That phrase was invented by the covid crims to be parroted by puppets and sheep and I hate it! cheers.
don't you just hate those kinds of clamps,, I guess with the right tool it would'nt be too bad but not everyone has every specialty tool in their tool box
