This series sure had way more than it's fair share of wild and crazy moments. It's a very tough call but I think my outright favourite moment has to be when Jon got 3 Rosa cards in his hand while also being Rosa ("How big does this game want me to get?!") Also, it was absolutely no surprise to see what the no. 1 moment was.
Did not expect this "side LP" to go by so fast, but it was something to look forward to each week during our enforced isolation with COVID. Hee hee, Emile got to teach Jon and Tim some things at first, and then all the players came into their own in good time. My favorite game of this LP has to be in Fungi Forest with Paper Mario Toad as Player 4. What a funny thing that was.
I couldn’t really sit through all the boards they did but MANNN, it got crazy as it always does here at TRG. I hope they’ve been having all sorts of fun with their next/current project, IN PERSON! Condolences to Jon’s life choices
I really hope they continue playing this once they get back to a normal schedule. Hopefully will guests too! (Watching the CPU on co-op maps was… painful, to say the least.)
oh the fabled rolling multiple 8s in a row. I remember one time where this happened, I was playing star breaker and I arrive on the boss space with all 3 other players on. Challenge first, rolls 8 KILL Challenge second, rolls 8 KILL Challenge third, Rolls 8 KILL Boss fight, Rolls 8 Enough to finish boss. 1 turn, 9 wins, Star Breaker UNGA BUNGA!!!!!! Good times.
I'll be honest, this is one of my least favorite projects they've done. I just felt bored the entire time. I actually fell asleep during the pirate board. I tried to give it a chance, but this is nowhere near as good as their other projects. I'll stick with Mario Party.
I think you need to redo this. Considering how long the LP went for and how many funny and awesome moments we got out of it, a Top 10 does NOT cut it at all; this one deserved a Top 15 or Top 20 at the very least.
