Dude I was there today! Ate at the exact same seat. Also on holiday. Got the chicken thukpa 😋 Would love to have a bite/hang out with you. I’m from South Africa 🇿🇦
All your snacks in the room whether they are candy bars or chips, look for the expiration date on them . Some places keep old stuff that doesnt get consumed and leave it in the basket instead of replacing them. Same with soft drinks. Another thing if you find out that they do charge you for the snacks, you usually can find them at convenient stores to replace them at a cheaper price.
please visit bouddha stupa next time you come to Nepal Chris!! bouddha has one of the best foods; keema noodles, momos, and i stand by that. love your videos :))
Well bro i grew up in that place. The place has changed a lot in these years. There used to be a ground there. You should have try a local resturant carpe diem.
Of course Indian and Nepali food is better than Panda Express. We go to Panda ex only when we have any other option and want to have quick cheap meal. Always the preference for Panda will be below lower .
First guy said 200nrs for stone later that another guy said 900nrs , ky owl 🦉 bannai sojhi ra hola tori ley🤣 anyway j garri ni chalcha nepal ma . , maybe Guard dai enjoy a lot with wine 🍷 Have a wonderful journey chris safe journey ❤️🤏
Panda's like the McDonalds trashcan of Chinese food. Anything beats that, and it would cost at least 3 times what you paid for a meal and drink haha, and yours looks amazing.
i think the reason price is expensive could be buff meat price on the market if it expensive the mo-mo price will be expensive similarly like goat meat it is considered very expensive in nepal... last i heard the goat meat price for 1 kg was 800 right now i am living on aus i don't know the price could be under 1000 thousand if we make the mo mo out of it obviously it gonna be expensive cause the meat price is expensive but i don't know about buff meat price on market we can make guess overvalue or undervalue

I've seen a bunch of videos where Chris and other vloggers give their passport when checking in to a hotel. Is this normal and customary? Just seems odd to me and I want to understand in case I ever go to another country
Yes it’s normal in any country to show your passport. They need an official form of identification, id card would work too. All hotels I’ve been to in France, Belgium, Holland, Capo Verde, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Czech rep, Slovenia, and the list goes on, have ask some form of id.
@@youtoober87yes it is just an ID, but I think the ID has to be relevant to the country where the hotel is. Hence, if you're a foreign individual in the country, it would most likely have to be your passport.
@@youtoober87 correct 👍🏻 but if you are European your id card works within europe, not USA or outside of Europe, so then you need to show your passport instead. Ive never tried to show my european id card outside of europe to tell you the truth, but safest is to use passport in that case 👌🏻
