I'm just in love Zweihander's moveset. Not as bonkers as the greatsword, but I find it way more versatile with it's piercing heavies - not to mention it's way sexier looks!

My secret strength weapon is the pick axe. People overlook it and think the anchor is better, it's not. The pick axe is a great hammer so has much better poise damage, has pierce, but has the axe moveset so it's faster than other great hammers. It absolutely destroys the game.

For the Rotten Battle Hammer, I went with Blood infusion, and the Ash of War, Poison Myst. Then I leveled Arcane, so that all three buildup's got more potent. Same thing works for the Fingerprint Stone Shield...blood infusion might take away the 100% physical block, but if you use it offensively anyway, who cares. And blood infusion allows not only bleed to increase as you gain levels in Arcane, but Madness buildup as well. Most PvPers I've encountered with the RBH get a LOT more timid and/or desperate after I land a hit and they see 3 status bars appear 😂

Executioner's axe is pretty badass, putting cragsblade on it makes it slap even harder too, breaking their stance even quicker

@@ElFazo at least it's farmable early game without any upgrades tbh, morning star with sacred blade kills the guy in 1 L2 + charged R2 (sacred blade doesn't let skeletons revive)

Another bonus on the executioners axe is that its very reminiscent of the dragon slayer great axe from ds3, i like to put lighting slash on it and use it in pvp where people don't usually have a high lightning absorption so it goes crazy for a cosplay weapon.

The Starscourge Greatsword is one of the truest strength weapons. You dual wield and powerstance at the same time and can use sacrificial axe in the offhand to recover FP.

Very nice! My favorite so far is the Iron G but i'm looking at the underrated Gold Halberd cause the numbers are high at +10 and tree sentinel is one of the most iconic thing in this game

I am thinking of going back cause of dlc.... When I played, dual SS was king! But I herd a lot changed with poise breakdowns and some nerfs and buffs to some weapons classes over all.... Can you do a videos about pvp "hardcore try hard best weapons or weapons class"? Thanks!

I don't use the Starscourge Swords, but I have been told if you get 2 sets and dual wield them, they will increase the damage of the special attack. Can anyone confirm?

Axes overall are underrated. I got the trifecta - bent axe (longest axe and has heavy weapon proc effects, which is crazy awesome) that tooth axe for striking, and the iron cleaver cuz it scales like crazy (especially bleed). So what if there moveset sucks, if I'm just mashing ashes of war, moveset no matter!

Not underrated or anything and drops off late game, but the lordsworn greatsword is easy to get and carries all the way to the end of the game. Easy to get, good damage, low requirements.

Duel weird *Great Stars*? You can get 2 one run early. Only takes 12dex, put all other stats into strength till 80, then build up Stam and dex. Thing is beefy with jump attacks. Add blood flame and flame Grant me strength, you'll kill most bosses super fast
