I've been playing irradiated + quick fix (which is soooooo much better than tempered) and it feels great. Issac Iceman video on perks explain a lot of stuff about optimal perk slection for each playstyle

I would add 22 ziplines, when you are pushing as you are about to get there jump to get out of animation.

Is tracker for 3rd perk and fast hands for mountineer for maps other than vondel good i dont think you can get much value from mountaneer on fortunes keep and ashika

with the irradiated perk you can plate and take damage from shots simultaneously
