The chocolate or the chestnut, like cold brew, remind me of something Indiana Jones would carry. I didn’t notice any strong smell in my Cold Brew. But then again, I’m elderly.

I wish they'd bring out some burgundy and red tones in pebbled leather. I've got an item in Sangria and another in Oxblood and both are terrific but they seem to have discontinued those colors. Bummer.

The medium cross body is my favorite size. I hope you like it, too. I have one in Canyon and even though i am a smooshy bag fan, i LOVE that crazy leather and how it changes. The pull up is amazing. I really like that you use familiar bags for your color comparisons. it's a huge help. I am looking forward to more PLG videos! :)
It would be cool if you bought more mystery boxes or unicorn SLGs and describe what you would store/carry inside. For instance, the envelope you showed here, what are you going to use it for? What objects work/fit inside there? Their alpine pouch is a curious style that doesn't seem very practical. I have one and don't know what to do with it. lol.
I got a mystery box, the 3 mini totes, and one of them was the cappuccino. Gorgeous color! The other 2 were a pinky/coral color and a lavender with a bit of a metallic sheen to it. Really pretty pieces! I also got a large tote in a very pretty yellow color. Love their pieces!! The quality is insanely good.
I never had any bags in brown leather until I discovered PLG! I recently re-located to a small, rural community in Northern AZ and since I am working from home, my entire wardrobe and lifestyle has changed, and I have completely embraced the whole rodeo/farming/cattle ranch aesthetic of my new hometown. So, I am loving all of my PLG browns! You did a great job of showing the differences in colors and textures because your videos are so well-produced! I really love Sedona and think I need a Dakota next!
I used to collect LV and I had bags from other high end designers. I love PLG so much I have sold off most of my previous collection, and replaced it with PLG. I have super high quality bags and money in the bank. After a while collecting PLG makes it hard to buy those expensive bags again. You get used to the high quality and lower price point. And wait until you can go to the outlet unicorn 🦄 hunting!
I would love to see comparisons of their blue leathers. 💙 Also there aren't many videos on the small tote, particularly w a zipper. Very interested in purchasing a small (I own enough large sizes from other brands)

Those bags remind me much of the Madewell Small Transport Crossbody, which I have in black and English Saddle. I have been checking their website for SLGs to add to my collection.
I too started my fall down the rabbit hole. I've done some damage in just 3 weeks. However, one experience with a return will snap you out of it. I actually did an exchange. I exchanged a bag over 100. For a 66. Dollar small bucket and still had to pay Them a difference with the exchange. Still haven't received it either. No point giving them feedback. They reject all low ratings it seems. Anyways, the leather is addicting. The CS is rather not.
I just received my first mini cb mystery box today. I got a gorgeous Honeycomb bag and Guava Total Eclipse, a Grizzly envelope wallet, a Nutmeg sidekick and a cute tassel. Overall, I am very pleased with the selection. Like you, I ordered a bag off of a BST group in Avocado because I wanted it and don't want to hold my breath on getting it via a MB. The chocolate looks lovely!

I’m addicted Autumn! Obsessed! All the words!😂 I love everything in my first MB (I’ve got the lingo down😉). Have since purchased and love a mini CB in eucalyptus along with two mini envelopes. Currently waiting on Fed Ex to deliver a large Bucket in cold brew. I plan to make some modifications on the bucket.🤞Will be ordering a Lola and a Butterfly bag very soon! I’m planning to hit the store in person this summer!
@Autumn Beckman I used it todsy and I think it's beginning to grow on me. I love handbags, and I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who is addicted (lol).I have made 3 additional purchases, and I was able to get the mini tote mystery box. I can'twait. I have the taco bag in lavender, and i love it. I shortened the tassel though. I'm going to try to make this my last purchase as I really don't need anything else. I don't think I will be purchasing anymore luxury handbags either.
They have some beautiful colors. I really like the cappuccino you showed. I love a good traditional brown leather bag. You’re definitely making me think of revisiting PLG. If you ever decide to try out the circle bag, definitely get it in one of the firmer leathers. I got it in peacock (a firm turquoise color) and it holds its shape up great. The Lagoon (floppy teal) caves in on itself and doesn’t hold the cool circle shape.
Thanks for addressing the odor issue. I just received my first PLG bag today in the color Cold Brew and it has a VERY strong chemical smell. Anyone know if it goes away or does it just become tolerable? I think I’ll try the bamboo packs that you recommended, Autumn.
Oh yes I also have been curious about sunflower. I was thinking about getting the small zip wallet in that color. I have seen some videos of their mini totes in sunflower and it looks gorgeous! Not too yellow, very toned down and neutral.
Do you plan on "flipping" any of your bags? I have seen videos of people flipping their leather bags inside out and then right side out again to help break em in faster. It helps to relax the stiff leather and give it characteristics.
