I have never seen so many different breeds of beautiful chickens! That heritage breed chicken is striking. I’m so happy Mary Carl got another hook bill duck. I have been wondering if there would be one fortunate enough to find its way to Coghill and Mary C. You are going to hopefully going to be instrumental in preserving this breed. That’s something to be proud of. Thank you and thank you for taking us along so we can see these beautiful birds! Thank God you all are all right. Prayers going up for all those who have been affected by the storms. God bless everyone.

Dolly and June are beautiful. Venus and Mars would have been my first thought. Moonpie is a southern granny’s favorite thing to call her sweet grand babies. Loved seeing all the beautiful breeds at the show. Thanks

Thanks for taking us to the chicken show! I live near cackle hatchery in Lebanon MO. I get to see all the chicks. There is also a cackle identification group on facebook that is interesting. Mary Carl has fancy birds. I just have back yard varieties. I've tried to get a variety of egg colors, but don't have any greens or blues yet. I like the dark browns that the French black & black copper marans lay.

Never have been much of a chicken person but I am truly interested as I find out all the different neat looking breeds that chickens are not all just your normal white or red barnyard chickens that I always knew of. Glad you are to your place that you can take Mary Carl to these shows and that she knows and meets these people that are important in the bird world

I have never lived where it was possible to have chickens so I get major thrills watching your videos and podcasts. I'm one of those viewers that is with you every day. I have Cochin bantams and I just love them! The ones we saw in the show are just lovely! I wish I could have a lot more! So sweet! The Hawks had gotten both of my pets, but I still have some sweeties! I enjoyed the chicken show a lot! Thank you for taking us alone!!

Glad to see you this Monday morning. Thanks for taking us with you to the chicken show. I was so happy when Brooke started driving , I was afraid that was the end of the video for us. Most beautiful chickens I have ever seen. The Japanese rooster is out of this world. The only chickens I had ever heard about was Rhode Island Reds. They were my Mom’s laying hens. I hope you got plenty of rain for your cover garden. Now I am waiting for the next video.

There was so many chickens at that show that I just loved❤️Made me want to have some of my own but there are too many raccoons around where I live so I think it would be too hard and the chickens would be scared so that wouldn’t be good. Hope you are able to hatch some baby hookbills. I know MC was in here element there🥰Really enjoyed going along for the ride, thanks for sharing the video

..what a treat, all those chickens! I used to have chickens but My favourite one, BlackBeauty, died of being egg bound, even the vet couldn't save her, and I was just so anxious for my other ladies, I passed them on to my more knowledgeable, robust, friend to care for.

Good morning! Loved the chicken show. I have a couple of the salmon Favorolles and from day 1 they were not docile lol but they are still ome of my favorites. I also have one of the Cornish hens and her name is Wild Child because she is exactly that! 😂 I loves the silver game hen...She was beautiful.

Good Morning Cog Hill Family hope your having a wonderful day and have fun at the Chicken Show. Jason why don't you clip the fence at the bottom in one spot that would allow you to slide Peaches food to the ground. You can pull it up like a flap and push it back ( if now of them can get out of it just clip it. that way you wouldn't have to keep leaning over that far and it would be so much easier to serve the Boss Lady ha ha.

We just got call ducks for the first time this year! They are sooo adorable! Do you raise ducklings? We’ve heard raising call ducks is difficult. Wow, look at all those beautiful birds!!
