I have a Luxurians and she grows really fast for me and she has sized up way faster than I was expecting. I give her more light than my velvety anthurium and she seems to love it 🥰

I’d love to see a video with your space saving solutions with such a large collection. I, too, am in my anthurium era and I’m running out of space FAST (you got me back into my Hoya era so I blame you again for the anthurium era 😂).
Idk if you can save space with Anthurium besides not up-potting them as much tbh. They take up a lot of space, so I've gotten rid of other Aroids, mostly Philodendron, to make room and I got more shelves lol

I can't wait to see a new leaf. If I'm successful with this one I will most likely get another. And I think the luxurians is beautiful
I have a Luxurians seedling and although it’s not rare I totally love it already. I prefer to get starter plants so they are mostly grown in my environment and if they flourish I know I helped play a role in its development 😊 Feel better girl 🥰 Thanks for the video! 😴😴😴
I received my Luxurians today from BRB. I bought it in the same live as you! 😄 It’s a big one and it’s stunning! I also got a lux x forgetii in a previous live, and it is sooo pretty like yours! It’s my favorite! 😴🥱💤

Oh my goodness that's so expensive lol. I could never spend that much on such a small plant. The prices are getting so out of control compared to years ago when I first started collecting. They are gorgeous though 😍
These are Anthurium. The prices don't typically change, but if they do, it goes down, not up. Anthurium are just more expensive, so it's not for everyone. These exact plants can't be duplicated unless they're offsets or props. Hybrids are unique to the parent plants, and no two ever look exactly the same. All of this factors into the cost.
@@jaclynns.jungle Absolutely, I understand completely 🤗 I know over time prices decrease a bit because that's when I usually swipe them up lol. I've been collecting plants for about 8 years now and I absolutely admire people like you that collect such unique and beautiful rare finds. ❤️ I love enjoying plants through other plant enthusiasts, especially when it's something I don't have 😊 For me personally, it's out of my price range right now, at least until the economy gets a little better.. I say, if you can afford it, go for it! It's too pretty not to lol. I'd be too scared of killing it lol.. I love Anthurium though. They have such beautiful luscious leaves with great patterns ❤️❤️ So many varieties to choose from. Thanks for sharing your plant mail. Can't wait to see updates 😊

I literally just bought a lux hybrid at a local nursery yesterday afternoon. (Crystal x mag) x Lux. It's just a baby, so I can't wait to see how it will mature. I only bought my first anthurium about two months ago. I was going to buy ONE and give it some time to see how it went, how I did with it, etc. The lux hybrid is my seventh. 😶
Hey Jackie, you'll know you've had enough water EACH DAY when you have to go quickly to the rest room to move your bowels. Many times headaches are a sign of lack of water. Sometimes you think you've drank enough per day but by this sign above I've mentioned you'll know you've had enough water. Also headaches can mean you haven't eaten anything for far longer than your usual. But the water issue is a far more likely problem. Drink up! But drink ENOUGH EACH DAY especially while at home and sip on the road. HAPPY 7th DAY!
You have to pay attention to the current market value. But it also depends on how much you paid for it if you're buying wholesale. Taking a cutting from your own plant and overcharging is a jerk move, so just take the time to look into each plant and how much they sell for per node/size of the plant. In terms of Anthurium seedlings, if you grow and cross them yourself, you have to factor in the overall cost of the parents and what their babies are worth.
It's funny because most of the other unboxings I've done recently were way more expensive, but because I shared the price of this one, everyone's freaking out 🤣. Meanwhile, $120 for an Anthurium that size is pretty cheap and super normal 🙃
