Could you perhaps sometime do a video ranking the value of different amenities? When building out a larger airbnb like this it can be difficult in my experience to know what to focus on to really drive up that ADR.

I love the quality of the finishes. Too often str owners are going for the cheap furnishings. But what you put into the furnishings and fixtures will often have a bearing on the quality of guests and guest experiences. ❤ Loved watching this!

Wow, the renovation on this luxury Airbnb is impressive! The amenities they added really take the guest experience to the next level. It's interesting to see what features people are willing to pay a premium for in a short-term rental.

Tadelakt is beautiful, but not easy to maintain FYI. You use lime soap to coat it/seal it and it wears off regularly. You have to reseal it at a minimum yearly.

hey Rob, would you rather an extra bedroom or a game room. For example, I have a house on the beach, multiple units doing a big rehab this fall. on the top floor the current plan layout is 3 bed 2 bath, and planning on a loft area, should I do bunks up there or try and do a game room instead?

No more morning heroin. Keep your verbiage clean and classy. You have a a great opportunity to maintain a great reputation. Do not ruin it by being a ethnic class clown. By using the word heroin, you are insinuating that either you are a drug abuser or that the community environment is filled with drug abusers. That is not a commonality for a great location. When it comes to real estate, use professional language.
