Instead of “8th Grade” or whatever grade, I think Birth Year or Age should be the determining factor for comparing / evaluating. How many have been ‘held back’ and should be in like 9th or 10th ‘Grade’? Doesn’t seem like a fair comparison, to me. Beyond that, ALL of them are gifted players, no doubt. Unbelievable what the youth are doing these days. Very cool to see. What will College and the NBA be like when these guys get there? Crazy. Now I’m just being sarcastic: Put a number beside 8th Grade for how many years they have been in the 8th Grade. Lol. (8th Grade x2)
Unfortunately this is basketball and they value something you cannot control which is height. You cannot predict where these kids will be due to the fact they are still growing. If the max height they reach is 5'9 their ranking will drop.
You know what's crazy to me - I read that Dennis Rodman was 5'11" when he graduated HS. He went to work at the airport and then he grew to 6'7". That blows my mind. Like a fairytale
I'm 4'10 3/4 in 8th grade and I hoop. Hopefully my growth spurt hits. But even short I feel tall compared to how I was last year for some reason. Must of been the stretches lol
Are we gonna talk about how small most of these players are. There are people in my school in 7th grade that are 6’2 and these guards are nowhere near ot
@@JG_23_ They are middle schoolers. The kids they are playing against are just that… KIDS. Half of these tricks in between your legs layups etc. will not work if you play against grown men they are bigger than that and the rim is only 10ft most players who are in high school can touch rim. It becomes how fast can I get the ball in the hoop in the span of 24 seconds rather than “how fast can I ignore my wide open teammates and get a bucket”
I so badly wanna go up against these kids i feel like it would be fun sadly my mom has 4 kids in you include me im the oldest and wanted to try out for basketball but due to everything thats going on i cant
Hey courtside if you can find something with me then that will be nice cause I am very good at qb like you all be saying that's cap but my game I had over 100 yard running and over 60 passing yards I play for Middleton middle school
@courtsidehoops y’all puttin high school players in this compilation and saying there in 6,7,8th grade which can ruin their chances for scholarships and school opportunities please fix this cs some of these kids been in 7th grade for three years According to yall
