@@Base950Y sometimes it’s muscle memory and if the muscles you would use to shoot in high school aren’t developed enough to make it to the 10 foot rim they’ll start using other muscles to help and little by little it gets worse and worse over the years. That’s why nba players have to remake their shooting form sometime
