i haven't played genshin since alhaitham first came out cus i took a very long break, and i decided to hop back on today with my boyfriend. i didn't realize kokomi was one of the characters on the banner for this patch, and i jokingly told my boyfriend "i'm gonna roll for kokodonut, it'd be funny if i got it." i also had like 5 pity on the weapon banner. AND THEN, i single rolled and skipped and then my screen glowed gold and i got it. THEN, i decided to use the rest of my rolls (only like 2-3) on the character banner and got tighnari (i only had like 35 pity on the character banner). AND THEN, my boyfriend pulled on the standard banner and got a 5 star with only 20 pity. i think the game is trying to get me to come back and play xD we also farmed some artifacts and got really good stats for pieces that we had been trying to get when we actively played (i've been spending most of my time on star rail instead)

i've had beginner's luck before. got venti and elegy in less than 30 pulls, plus hutao the next day. you know what happened after it runs out? i was deprived of pyro damage bonus goblet until i'm AR51. no, not the gold or the purple one. the blue 3 star one. my first ever pyro damage goblet. at AR51.

beginners luck is pretty real, been playing since release, got qiqi on a character banner 40 pulls in, then ganyu and xiao on their first banners on REALLY low pity, like within 20 pulls of eachother 😭 got zhongli guaranteed on his second banner, then eula either 14 or 17 wishes afterwards. since then though i've had the worst luck LOL

i think the only early 5 star that i got was Childe nearly 2 years ago. (it was 30 pulls in and i had him guaranteed.) after that every single 5 star that i got costed me 73+ pulls. Itto actually costed me 81 pulls. Hoyoverse really tried to turn me into a whale Quick editing; 83 pitty and lost the 50/50 to tighnari

I feel like this banner in general is just lucky. I had 30 wishes lost my 50 50 to jean which I dont mind and then the next 10 pull I get Kokomi. Now I still have 70 wishes ready for 4.0+

Beginner ACCOUNT luck is real. I know it coz my sibling has crazy luck (pulled 2 five stars). We started playing together around last year, but they didn't pull on the Noelle Beginner banner AT ALL. That's where all the luck comes from.

I believe in beginner's luck because back in December 2022 (Raiden | Ayato Rerun) I started to play Genshin. Guess what I got both of them and Ayato's weapon and all of them are 5050's.

OMG! I had such a BAD LUCK that with 80 wishes spent, I got 5 freaking Yanfei (at C4 before), 3 Rosaria and ONLY 1 FARUZAN!!! WTH, this was exactly what happened to me on Wanderer's debut (all I got was bunches of Yanfei, no hate to her but I prefer Faruzan/Gorou because my fav main are Itto/ Xiao/Wanderer). My Faruzan is C3 and Gorou is still C0 atm. I started to DETEST MHY's wishing model where they only rerun signature 4-star with their dedicated DPS. Fk that sh*t and Screw U, MHY! Guess what? My Xiao double Pyro with Sucrose still clapped those Constipated Beasts in 3.7 LEFT and RIGHT so I am not in desperate need of C6 Faruzan. Try harder or "CRY LOUDER", MHY!

My beginner luck on my main account was non existent I lost my first 4 50/50s with no early. My second account won the first 50/50 tho
