I love when Rythian gets shot at for seemingly no reason and he screams for his innocence, and then the person shooting him gives a logically reason for doing so and he's "oh yeah, right, fair point". It's happened with everyone but it's particularly funny with Rythian haha
Cause Rythian never expects anyone else to actually be paying attention lol. It's so rare that other Yogs actually pay attention that it shocks him when it happens lol.
My absolute favorite example of that is AAAAAAAAAGES ago (around when the Shrek-zooka was first introduced) in a round where Rythian killed Tom and then Ben eventually happened to find a defib and rez him. Then after a long time of goofing around and yucking it up, Tom suddenly remembers and kills Rythian and has to explain "you killed me earlier this round!" because they both forgot.
@@BackwardRocketStudios oh god I remember that, that was a real long while ago. I think it was on some like desert map or something, man that was a good one haha.
The red matter bomb at 5:31 is the most unfair I've ever seen; it just plucks Lewis off the ground, threads him around several corners and slams him to his death.
He got SO unlucky with his positioning there, I think what happened was kinda like he orbited it due to the initial angle it sucked him at, which got him around all the intervening obstacles.
I remember seeing a bomb a while back that just picked someone up (lewis?) from one side of the map and safely deposited them on the other. They can be really volatile
I think a good change whould be to make shadows slightly faster, so they dont repeatedly die cus the target goes away before they can reakt. That way they could catchup, so like 10 or 20% faster, so like a perk of the class, since they have the downside of not being able to move away from a person.
@@vegladex Yes, all it takes is checking something and your target is outside of range, running away and all you see is that line never stopping. Sure, adding speed is a way to also get outed as a shadow, thats why it needs to be subtle and the player carefull. Since a shadow could be either a friend or foe. Potentiall harm for a terrorist, since they allways follow and if they get outed they might do a corpse run as lewis tried this episode. But being able to get to your target faster, or like a shadow step tp on a cooldown. But something, it doesent add anything if they just die all the time do to being out of area
I feel like another big downside is that there's really no reason for your target to leave you alive, because if you're an informant they should just kill you and if you're actually a shadow there's no penalty for killing you. Maybe the ability to haunt your target if they kill you would make it feel a little less... helpless.
@@thatshadowguy1005 bonus is the shadow wins withyou, so convinsing them to be on your side whould help you. But since the shadow wins if just they are alive not the target kinda defeats it, since if the target is a terorist its far easier to win if you just kill half the traitors by killing your target, and if the trator with shadow is last alive then its a no brainer to kill the target and win
Matrix Lewis is something I didn’t expect to see today. Love how they didn’t edit out his little chair! Also, so many amazing things happened this episode! I laughed way too much! Duncan got SO lucky with killing Zoey. We haven’t seen a clown get killed like that ever I don’t think.
...Weapon idea: A traitor gun that, if you hit the shot, makes the target look like a loot goblin (complete with noises, size difference, ect) but they remain their original role and thus they don't drop anything special if they get killed. It's a temporary effect, meaning if they can stay alive for a period of time, they'll return to normal.
Neat idea but in practice is has many issues. The traitor could just use a 1-hit kill weapon, hitting the innocent with this lets them call out the traitor and run away, the lack of loot means people have no incentive to kill them since the Goblin happens at a set point. Using it would be fairly obvious as well so you have to be hiding which in turn helps innocents figure out who used it and figure out who is an innocent.
@@Buglin_Burger7878 I actually don't think what you listed are necessarily negatives about the item, but moreso obstacles you have to overcome to use it successfully. The goblin happening at a set time isn't something people will remember (this is the Yogs, let's be honest), and also the drunk can remember Loot Goblin already at a non-fixed time. If that's not enough, the loot goblin could just be set to pick a random number between 30 seconds and 2 minutes to reveal, making the weapon more believeable. Using it from a range would be the go-to, however the "figuring out who used it" is true for any traitor weapon and that's a risk you'll always be taking. However, use it on someone who is alone, and they can't confirm who it wasn't that shot them. Anyone claiming "I was with ..." could just be the other traitor vouching for the person who shot it. This isn't a problem now, so it won't be a problem if it's added. My biggest criticism with the item is that it wears off, it just means the person shot shouts "I've been loot goblined!" and hides for 30 seconds or so until it goes away. Instead, it should last the entire rest of the round, however they can still deal damage. This will also allow regular loot goblins to claim they've been hit with the traitor weapon. In terms of balance, this means they're a target with 50% less health and the chance of their own teammates killing them, but they are also a smaller player model that is much faster.
@@AtomixKingg I admit the reason I was considering the idea of there being a time limit when it would be reversed was so that if someone actually did manage to avoid death long enough, they could get their health back. I can see the pros and cons for both sides of the argument.
@@Buglin_Burger7878 The reason you would use something that doesn't kill, is distraction to make opportunities to get more kills later. The point is that is looks like a loot goblin and gets an innocent to potentially kill an innocent thinking they get loot, you wouldn't wanna actually give the innocents an arsenal against yourself, so it's a no brainer that the fake loot goblin wouldn't actually drop anything once it does the distraction doesn't work anymore anyway. Using weapons like the weeping angel has always been equally risky, yet often with great effect. Additionally you are speaking of the Yogs, half the time obvious things go by them.
I could not be more pleased to see Nilesy back. Watched his vids back in the days and been missing my favorite Scotsman for ages. No offence Ravs, love ya too bud.
I absolutely LOVED the ad with Matrix Lewis! LMAO! Yogscast Ads are the best ads! 6:47 "It's important we see ALL aspects of TTT!." I agree Rythian. More content = more good. Also that paper plane not able to touch Nilsey was HILARIOUS! LOL
I hope all of the Tiny Lewis outfits get adapted to his TTT player skin. Speaking of which; when do we get to see TTT Lewis in that green Christmas dress?
Its great having Nilesy here. Someone already mentioned it, but i also think that his character being the pants with a cat just getting stuck one day is funny.
Ah, I recall being on the receiving end of the equivalent of little Matrix Lewis, due to playing Dragonball Xenoverse 2 on a low-end machine (which technically shouldn't have been able to run DBXV2 to begin with). Any multiplayer match I played started with me losing at least half a bar of health due to being kicked in the face *before the match had officially started.* Truly, I had the Krillin experience.
I want a Yogscast series that's just Lewis living a world with other alternative Lewis(s) little Lewis, Mr popcorn, queen bee Lewis, yoglabs Lewis, just all the Lewis's
Wow, round two has some of the funniest deaths and they all occured in exactly 40 seconds. 5:24 Ben gets shark trapped Duncan and Nilesy die to a baffling red matter placement Lewis has the unluckiest pull towards a red matter I've ever seen Kirsti gets batted by Zoey out of the cover they share, immediately getting sucked away by the RMB Rythian doesn't react to a whiff from Zoey's bat and double jumps early, dying at exactly... 6:04 Incredible
Sometimes lewis leads his shots, pulls off crazy shots and has general gamer moments. Then there’s him shooting at duncan strafing but always shooting at the same spot and approaching him rather than going to get an automatic lol
9:24 hilariously Eugene Stoner was a very prolific firearms designer. You might know this little number of his called the AR15/M16. Unfortunately named for sure
Here's an idea for an upgraded shadow role... If a shadow's person dies if they choose to stay around the body they have buff that reduces damage that lasts as long as they're around the corpse, the catch is that the corpse is unmoveable, could change their role to "Watcher" or something, if they leave the corpse they won't die but do half damage
So I don't imagine many people would care about this, but the Stoner 63 is a real life gun made by one the most respected and intelligent gunsmiths, Eugene Stoner, who produced weapons for the United States for as far back as the 1950's to as far forward as the 1990's, and helped make some of the most recognizable U.S weapons in history, such as the Ar-10, Ar-15, M-16, Ares Light Machine Gun, Stoner 63, and the Sr-25 Designated Marksman's Rifle. Very legendary guy and is also funny because funny weed word.
I love how Zylus hands Ben the victory on a silver platter, and all he manages to do is shark-trap the clown and run away in a straight line from a golden-gun-wielding Duncan...
