@@tsuyax6054 i mean i'm sure that already exists, i think the cheaters are just delusional and think they "deserve" their rank so they also suffer from hubris thinking they can punish correctly manually
More freedom to cheaters means more people willing to buy the game and cheat to have easy game. Bandai Namco supports cheating and plugging , but they disallow modding. It's that simple.
@@natersumkatanuar7631 don't necessarily agree with that take. I don't believe it makes them extra money to keep cheaters in the game, as it's a double edged sword. However, they get to save money not using it on implementing anti-cheat algorithms, or god forbid, paying for moderators that would do that job.
@@zelassinnah, Tekken 8 is too big of a game for cheaters to harm the sale. Look at most of popular fps competitive games, cheaters are plaguing the game. They get banned, yes, but ban 1 and 10 more will appear. Like you said, Namco understand that taking countermeasures against cheaters is unnecessary, but actually banning them would also mean they lose a customer. So yeah, they do support cheating to maintain those customers.
You know whats funny? I played Fariborz yesterday and he was streaming while cheating and his cheats were even visible on the top right corner, auto blocks auto combos auto throw breaks. Why is it still allowed?
This game is wild, even in Purple and Blue Ranks. There's people who have macros/scripts for punishes and dodges. I don't understand cheating in a fighting game, how is it fun? The fun part is improving finding new punishments and exeuction, how do you have fun having something play the game for you!?
Well there are people who enjoy winning at any cost so they do have fun with it. Why do you think namco made Tekken 7 easier compared to previous tekken games and now T8 is even more easier. So people can win even if they don't understand the meta deta and imagine some of them are still cheating. A big chunk of T8's huge success also goes to these players and Namco knows it which is why they never got banned. Look at the Kazuya player who has been cheating for almost a decade now and never got banned.
How is cheating in any competitive game fun, no different than using aimbots/esp/wall hack in FPS. It’s fun to cheaters that get off on making others suffer and feeling superior.
I think this shit continues to get out of hand and it sets the community on edge while playing online. Like in the back of your mind you think, is my current opponent cheating? How did he low parry me 3 times in a row? Am I that predictable? I play on PC and was recently accused of cheating after SSL low-parrying Jack's db1, bro was very upset and called me some heinous words 👽 I think he was more upset he lost his 10 game win streak, or maybe he had a bad day (we were in casual match lol)
Oh here we go with the, "i have the right to always randomly accuse my opponent because a handful of people pay insane amounts of money to get scripts" like be realistic bro. you're not gonna play these people more than likely unless you're a higher rank, and even then it rarely happens lmfao, i'm tgs and not one single time have i ever felt someone was scripting. stop coping because you're bad and just learn. IF they are actually CHEATING then you would know. There's not really a easy way of hiding scripts in tekken or most fighting games. They're very obvious on first glance.
You'd be surprised. Back in T7 you could set auto low parry to only the end of the round, or how many % of lows it would parry. Only the obvious cheaters get caught, others get away with murder. Sometimes it takes 1 clutch auto low parry in the final round to win a set, isn't that cheating as well?
It's so funny to watch this set while already knowing what his cheat does. You could've probably perfected this shitstain by doing nothing but slides, since he can't press down on his own anymore, and cheat only ducks up close.
Neither IP or Hardware ID ban would do much, since its easily spoofable unfortunately... Maybe a shadow banning system could work like in other games, that cheaters will only get matched with other cheaters.
@@WeisenbergTKMrWhite If you're actually out here advocating for a kernel level anticheat then you've got WAYYY more problems than just cheaters in a fighting game.
@@WeisenbergTKMrWhite doesn't work, Valorant is famous for having Kernel level anti cheat and thst game has a pretty serious cheater problem too. This is just more trouble than it's worth
Don’t ever play them seriously or even try to win. They’re having fun because of that. Just tea bag, block, troll, and then plug last second. Waste their time. Auto low I’d be doing lows full screen every chance I had. We should use plugging to deal with cheaters while it’s not being tracked. Namco said they’re watching pluggers but no way they are. Look at fariboys
@@CrysisFearthen they rank up and win. Better to do it that way, it's the better way to fight against it. You are basically letting them get away with it if you don't.
I had the same thing happening to me yesterday as well but with a different guy. I just decided to play console players only after I saw the reply of him inputting the low blocking.
My favourite was when he ducked for exactly one more frame than the low start up and tried to punish -11 with standing 1,1,2 from crouch, but got ws1,2 instead and got launched for it XD
I dont think hes cheating. As a Law player watching this. Laws best moves come from crouch (slide snd ws4, ws2) honestly as a law player if you can get good at ducking highs snd blocking lows you can go far but it is also a risky game to play. I could be wrong but i dont think he deserves this smoke based on what your showing
how do you look up people and their replays, because I swear I just fought someone who had an auto duck and auto throw break script and want to confirm
Tekken was supposed to be the savior of fighting games. It’s losing momentum because of all of the cheaters and pluggers. It’s making the game unenjoyable. On a side note, I hate how they nuked the customization to promote the Tekken store. Super greedy.
Actually random heat bursts/smash that ruin all momentum or flow you had in an instant and damage you for 30% health while you try to stay alive and come back just to eat a panic rageart that kills you. After wich you can't rematch your opponent because of the 3 game limit. THAT kills tekken for me atleast😂
@@bobzandvliet Whoever thought heat burst + rage art + heat smash in these tiny Tekken rounds was a good idea was an imbecile of the highest order. Rage Arts weren't even popular in Tekken 7. I understand wanting more aggressive gameplay in professional games but the Tekken pro scene and viewership was doing fantastic in Tekken 7. Don't fix what ain't broken. And, most importantly, 99.999% of Tekken hours are spent playing the game rather than watching tournaments.
As a Yoshi player I was so ready for the unblockable low, then he wiffed on the first attempt we made the same face being like “whaaat? 0.0” but I should be used to it cause it wiffs all the time, still annoying with that low aha
You know whats crazy - i thought i came across something similar to this the other day. I would initiate a mix up and the guy would duck every high, or block every low, no matter how i mixed it up, and it was always a perfect crouch time for him. This has me thinking he might have had some auto low/crouch thing going too. Next time i come across something like this, ill check the replay and frame data
i play on pc.. and unfortunately, you should probably just disable cross-platform if you're on console. currently bushin and there's been a good number of mishima cheaters recently. one guy had his cheats setup so bad that he'd try to block d4 from range 3+ every.. single.. time.
I cant imagine how shitty it must be to lose with cheating tools helping you at the same time. Gotta sting like a mf to be thoroughly outclassed in that manner. Well done.
I've never dealt with plugging in any game ever at the rate it happens in t8, not even taking cheats into account cause im not good enough to identify when that happens to me if it ever has
Ya'know I had a weird feeling in some matches I've had that there was an auto low block and auto high duck thing cause there's been times I literally only go mid high for the first two rounds and as soon as I go low I get hit with a last frame fuzzyduck. I didn't want to assume that people were cheating and I was just getting read in a coincidental point but I guess my gut was right.
pretty much the same as some sort of input reading script as Fariborz... that guy is extremely notorious for cheating since T7, like aside from his character auto-throw break, auto-ducks high, auto-parry lows that are safe on launch and auto-blocks lows that are launch punishable, he uses macros that allows his kazuya to wavedash and backdash at ridiculous speed and do perfect electric flawlessly..
isn't there a block function? that could be an effective way to punish cheaters, cos once enough ppl block them, they wouldn't find anyone to play online.
It would be a double edged sword, knowing how many toxic people play this game, they’ll just block you after they lose and you’ll get shadow banned for doing nothing wrong
This is why i stopped playing cross play.. stuff just wasnt adding up when i played against pc players. After i turned off crossplay, i was able to get up to tekken emperor.
Stuff like 19:58.. I'm pretty sure he wanted his usual neutral moves, then his opponent does a high or low and his cheats force him to d or db respectively, so he gets random inputs like db2. I also reckon that's why he was dick jabbing so much, cos he was just tryin to regular jab (or 1,1,2) when his cheats kicked in. :D
I played him the other day, didn’t think much of it. But towards the end I was like man this dude is dodging all my attacks. I thought it was me. Glad to see it wasn’t. FoH Law of England
mark my words: when eddy will come out and people will crack him instead of buy him these people will be banned before there‘s an efficient and punishing anti cheat system in the game
I just don't understand why people cheat. They never actually learn how to play the game, so they can't even prove that they're "good". What is the point? To get wins that you don't even earn and can't earn without cheating? How does that make these cheaters feel good about themselves?
There used to be a player back in the day on TTT2 on Xbox called Law of Guinlingo ( might be getting the name wrong ) and we all knew he was a cheater, I wonder if it’s the same guy 😂
i got into fighting games online on pc once and immediately noped out after my first match was against a program playin the game for some terminal noob. playing pvp fighting games on pc is mad dumb.
I’ve been playing since tekken 2 and the other day I fought a cheater,( the first I’ve ever noticed) on 8. Hurt my feelings so bad knowing the games integrity is compromised like this. Like when did it get like this? Why are you playing a fighting game if you have to cheat to win? It’s disgusting.
This is wacky and tacky. You have actual pros like Knee that play online and are actual Tekken Players that put in considerable time and skill to be some of the best competitive players in the World. Yet, the tacky part about this is you have CHEATERS online doing idiotic stuff and not know HOW to cheat. In this case, seriously....this clown deserves the whole book. Just throw him away entirely. If Namco doesn't do anything about these Cheaters, I may write up an article on this nonsense. Do you mind if I use your video as my source of topic?
-At first i thought you were being ignorant and gonna get a innocent player banned. By the end of the video i see the man was definitely hacking. I had no idea you could cheat in fighting games like this!
well you can cheat in almost every aspect. thing is you won‘t see it too often but it can happen. the least and most abused cheats are plugging, save scumming and lagswitching but from here on out it gets only worse. from macros which are execution demanding movement option‘s/execution heavy moves bind to a button to auto throw breaks, auto low block to even auto low parry. as if that wasn‘t enough there are cheats that even give the opponent 1 hp or an instakill in which you‘ll simply accept matches and some cheat does all the other work for you. i for myself have faced a few in t7 but as of right now i just witnessed one guy cheating in t8 and he did a lagswitch by screenshotting mid match so that moves that for example aren‘t reactable become easy to see
the issue here is that the average player doesn't know what to look for, it comes down with years of exsperince in tekken seeing different cheats etc, and watching replay with frame data. And then you'll have to also take into consideration that they could be using failsafe type cheats where its very very hard to determin wether its them or AI blocking or countering you. Dude theres even counter hit scripts theres scripts for everything, and its really scary and very important not to think about during ranked cos if you do the game becomes insanly dull and unmotivating.
