a friend of mine who plays competitively made a great point about this and I'm going to paraphrase as best i can. "its a competitive game, do you think top ranked players lose to 'mashers'? no, and that falls back on you, you're just bad at the game and lack accountability and the self awareness to get better at the game. To be fair I don’t think he’s all that bad he belongs in around orange to red, if he wasn’t plugging and being absolutely ridiculous there is a potential for him to become a pretty decent player. Also he needs to stop picking characters that have advantages and are OP pick somebody decent and learn how to play.
If that Hwoarang player is a masher, then everyone is a masher to him. You're not even allowed to mix him up or whiff punish or else he calls you a masher.
Sidestep=mashing, whiff punish=mashing, break a throw=mashing, powercrush=mashing, anything=mashing xD. That Hwoarang player has better fundamentals then Dale by far.

Why doesn't Dale just play in Tekken 7 to "prove" that he'll "never lose" in Tekken and Tekken 8 is "helping" players? And he has always been a punching bag in Tekken 7.
He did play a viewer in Tekken 7 last week actually,he was challenged to a T7 set,he deleted it after because "it feels too ancient and feels like a ps3 game after playing tekken 8" so he says he wont play it again as it didn't age well

When I was playing SF5 in 2018/2019, the LTG rages also made me feel better and relax after losing in ranked matches 🤭😆 after that I started to win 😁 because these videos were inspirational
