Ngl I always wondered this? Why not just grab a Ditto (or a female cat Pokémon), leave it and Meowth in a room together, and just make and train several secret S.W.A.T. CAT themed talking terrors to sneak and spy on trainers and scientists in PokéCenters and Gov. labs??? I mean, if Meowth can learn to talk, so can others. And the whole talking thing would no doubt be printed into Meowth's DNA by now, so the odds of him and a female cat Pokémon having talking kittens would be crazy high! Edit: Also, funny stuff, lol.
